So many of us lack focus... Let me rephrase that… many of us lack goal setting. When we are planning a trip the first thing we do is figure out the driving time and consult a map. If we are flying we immediately go online and start the pricing game. We general plan who and what we are going to see… what we are going to do… where we going to go… and how we are going to get it all done…. That’s the nature of the beast. I often ask myself, why is it so easy to plan a trip but so hard to your life. It’s not hard, life happens to us every day which make it a bit difficult to plan but it’s not hard.
As the owner of Enhance U Image and Success Coaching, I mentor and coach individuals and small groups on goal setting and visualizing. I help them create vision boards and goal posters. A goal poster deal with six major areas. Health, Education, Business, Personal, Finance and Spiritual. A vision board is as stated, it has all the things you visualize for your life…..ie… the type car you want to drive, the house you want to live in your new business name, the income you would like to make and so on.
Here on Curves In 3D Radio we are going to talk about having a successful 2015 through Goal Setting… you can call in and share one of your goals for 2015 and we will have one of the host to call and hold you accountable… that’s RIGHT you will have an accountability partner in the Hosts of Curves In 3D Radio.

For those of you whose league championships extend to the final week of the season, setting your Week 17 lineup is the fantasy football equivalent of navigating a minefield. Which teams still have something to play for and will be going all out? Which teams are already locked into a playoff spot and will pull their starters early, or perhaps not even play them at all?
Tune in to today's 4th & Inches show (note the special showtime, Saturday at 5pm Eastern) as we help you sort things out and make our start/sit recommendations for the 16 Week 17 games. Let Jana and the Sherpa guide you to victory!
Now concluding its fifth season (and just having broadcast its 100th episode!), the 4th and Inches Show with Jana & The Sherpa will be back next season Wednesday evenings from 9:30 to 10:30pm Eastern!
In this episode, I talk about the importance of having a vision and dreams about your preferred financial future. When you're doing the hard work of getting out of debt and saving money, it's very motivating to know WHY you're working so hard. I'll talk about dream sessions, vision boards, and "afformations" as tools to use for envisioning your financial future.
As I was broadcasting my previous message I was pulled away by something that needed my immediate attention. So in this episode we're going to talk about what you need to know on hand when you deal with a cult member on the streets or in a formal debate setting. Things such as: Who is God? Who is Jesus? and What happens after we die? to name a few.

Growing up as a young girl on St. John, in the US Virgin Island Teshanne Phillip fondly recalls the island women who served as her mentors. Now, with the release of her first book, Elevate, Phillip hopes to empower young women in the Virgin Islands — and nationwide — by sharing her own experiences and by teaching them about subjects like forgiveness, achieving greatness, and setting and accomplishing goals.
“I am so excited about this new project, and I am blown away by the feedback that I’ve been receiving on the book,” said Phillip.
The St. John native, who graduated from Ivanna Eudora Kean High School in 1999, today lives in South Florida where she leads a mentorship program at a foster home. Her relationship with the young women in the home inspired her to help others achieve greatness.
Phillip’s passion for the girls in the foster home is evident as she speaks about her interactions with them. Ranging in age from 14 to 17, the young women were removed from their homes due to their parents passing away or being incarcerated. Some of the teens have been in the home from a very young age.

Mike and Joyce speak with Dana Dornsife, President and Founder of an organization called Lazarex that helps people identify and participate in clinical trials that may be appropriate for their condition.
Dana first became involved in cancer patient advocacy when her brother-in-law, Mike Miller, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003. Mike had three children, the youngest of whom was only four years old.
Dana and her family searched for options for Mike that would buy the family some time and found a clinical trial treatment. Mike was treated successfully and lived long enough for his youngest daughter to have real memories of him.
Since then, Dana has fought tirelessly for improved options for cancer patients who have been told there is no hope left.
Lazarex Cancer Foundation was formed in 2006 to build a bridge to hope, dignity and life for cancer patients and their families. It provides financial assistance to defray the costs associated with patient participation in FDA clinical trials. Additionally, it helps patients navigate their clinical trial options and provide community education and outreach services.
- helps patients of all ages and walks of life, with all forms of cancer.
- helps patients take advantage of medical breakthroughs today, because they may not have a tomorrow.
- believes that the size of a patient's checkbook should not stand between them and the choices they make or the treatments they need.
- provides resources to fill the gap that exists between when a patient is told there is no more hope and when they are truly done with their journey in life.
