Tonight's special guest is Michelle Bless from Louisville, Kentucky, survivor, activist and volunteer with NAASCA. She's the author of the book "Out of Darkness: the Michelle Bless Story" in which a young girl is abused by her family and ostracized for being associated with Satan. Out of the Darkness is her story of redemption. Born in the northeastern United States to parents from the Caribbean, author Michelle Bless was raised in a home of violence and suspicion. Her father beat her mother and siblings but spared Michelle because of her perceived association with Satan. Even so, this did not save her from other abuses: she witnessed incidents of violence, incest and other horrible, unthinkable acts. One hot summer day in 1997, Michelle writes, she "was introduced to the Lord and denounced Satan," thus beginning the process of giving her life to the Lord. After two years of demonic attacks, she was fully delivered and never looked back. Today she lives for the Lord. Ms Bless says her firsthand knowledge of how low a life can plummet to the depths of despair enables her to understand and relate to what others are facing as they struggle to find God in their lives. Michelle is on a mission to bring as many lost souls to God as possible. She often participates as a volunteer and family member at NAASCA, and over time has contributed many appearances as a panelist for the "Stop Child Abuse Now" talk show.

Cults, Abuse Of Power, and Emotional Abuse With Bonnie Kaye: I was a Guest Host on her show:
This radio show is about one of the most serious issues connected with narcissistic abuse - Post Traumatic Disorder.
During this radio show, you will learn all about what Post Traumatic Stress Disorder really is, how it affects us, how the damage really occurs, and how we can heal and recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I'll never forget the day I heard those words: "So, you've dealt with your anger toward your abuser, now what about your anger toward your BETRAYER?"
There were adults who knew that as a child, I was being abused. Out of their own fears or just apathy, they did nothing. They CLAIMED to love me, yet they stood by and were not moved.
Jesus had many betrayers.
Until you take a look at the fact that you may have betrayers in your own life, deal with your anger and seperate from those who would kiss you and call you their friend (like Judas), you will be a magnet for more betrayers. Tune in and learn how to overcome these emotional saboteurs.
As our loved ones age, many factors such as physical illness, diminishing mental capacity, and dementia can make them vulnerable to neglect, abuse, and exploitation by caregivers, family members, or others. There are a number of Illinois laws and mechanisms in place to prevent and respond to these types of elder abuse. In this podcast with Heather Walser of Lavelle Law, we will explore: (1) the options available to help prevent these types of elder abuse, and (2) the steps you should take if you suspect that a friend or loved one has been the victim of elder abuse.

"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we will be answering client complaints on THE DEBT SHOW to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on THE DEBT SHOW!
We hope you enjoy THE DEBT SHOW...
