Ever seen the film, Horrible Bosses, the dark-humored film about three employees who plot together to plan the demise of their abusive and overbearing bosses?
While the film is a farfetched depiction, some would say that the angst of the characters who are the employees is an unfortunate part of life in the working world. But should that have to be the case? Is it possible for a leader, whether they be an employer, teacher, pastor, or even the head of household to be respected without stooping to base tactics?
Yes! It is possible to lead others with a heart of compassion and still get great results. If you're a leader, this is a half-hour that you want to take time for.

Unacceptable Levels examines the results of the chemical revolution of the 1940s through the eyes of affable filmmaker Ed Brown, a father seeking to understand the world in which he and his wife are raising their children. To create this debut documentary, one man and his camera traveled extensively to find and interview top minds in the fields of science, advocacy, and law. Weaving their testimonies into a compelling narrative, Brown presents us with the story of how the chemical revolution brought us to where we are, and of where, if we’re not vigilant, it may take us.
Over 80,000 chemicals flow through our system of commerce, and many are going straight into our bodies. Even our unborn children are affected. Due to this constant exposure, we have approximately 200 synthetic industrial chemicals interacting with our cells every single day. Until recently, modern science really didn’t understand what that could mean for all of us in the long run, but that is changing.
Globally, disease rates are on the rise. Theories about the causes abound, yet the issues are complex and often muddied by the maneuvering of political and corporate interests. To explore different facets of common chemical exposure, Unacceptable Levels, was made in consultation with experts in multiple fields and is guided by a father on a personal journey as he attempts to bring these issues to light for everyone. Its primary goal? To determine whether we can prevent disease before it strikes us.
Unacceptable Levels opens the door to conversations about the chemical burden our bodies carry so that we can make informed decisions now and in the future. The film poses challenges to our companies, our government, and our society to do something about a nearly-unseen threat with the inspired knowledge that small changes can generate a massive impact.

All of your Works without faith is dead, Preaching one thing and living another James also addresses if you obey one rule and ignore another, you have broken all of the laws of God.

If you don't know by now, the NFL's punishment for Ray Rice's actions toward his wife was a two game suspension. Does this open the door for athletes? Do you believe some players in the major sports will get the idea that they can "get away" with it like Ray did? What is your opinion? There are two sides to all stories. But, I am a proponent of being able to protect yourself. The "never hit a woman" rule does not give women carte blanche to do whatever they want, say whatever they want, etc. Especially in the times we live in now. Men will kill you, without blinking. Why put yourself in an ill position on purpose, especially with someone you "know" is violent. Now, if a man without any provocation or reason just starts beating a woman senselessly, there is no reason for that. Whoopi Goldberg and other women have said there is no reason a woman should put her hands on a man. And there is no reason a man should put his hands on a woman. But if a woman does so, she leaves the door open for a response. If you shoot a gun at someone, expect to get shot back. The reason this issue is so big, the essence that athletes, movie starts, musicians have an elevated right to do whatever they want, whenever they want and it's "swept under the rug" and "all is forgiven" after a period of time. It's not. You know there were women blaming Rhianna for getting beat up by Chris Brown? Does that sound reasonable?
Hosts Jesse and Cody discuss the increasing polarization in the world as it regards American politics and the border crisis, neither Congress nor the Executive Branch able to advance their agendas without an "all or nothing" approach. The Israel/Palestine conflict is a perfect example: both sides driven by existential forces and passions to defend and fight for their being and their ontology, the only solution coming in the form of strategic dinosaur placement or amusement parks. This leads to a discussion of American Culture's individualistic "all or nothing" strain, the wish to be accepted and embraced regardless of faults. Finally, women who are against feminism are examined to learn how identity, image and perception influence the polarization process.
David L. Levy (b. 1936) is a children's rights activist, per the National Partnership for Community Leadership (NPCL) in presenting Levy with the 2011 Charles Ballard Advocacy Award at NPCL's conference in Washington, D.C. In 1985, Levy co-founded The Children's Rights Council in 1992. Levy has authored four books, all on different topics, fiction and non-fiction. Levy is co-director of the Children's Rights Fund for Maryland, an organization advocating joint custody (shared parenting) for children of separation, divorce, and never-married parents. The Fund also provides low cost attorneys for parents in need affected by custody and access (visitation) issues. Levy was appointed by MD Governor Martin O'Malley to the Child Custody Decision-Making Commission in the Fall of 2013. The Commission has held hearings around the state, and is now working on legislative proposals to be presented to the 2015 Maryland legislature. Levy also provides supervised visitations in the Washington, D.C. area and consults on custody related topics in the U.S. and abroad. He also provides job shadowing to help prepare young people for careers and jobs.
Levy attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and University of Florida Law School from which he received his juris doctorate. Levy directed the Board of Trustees to strengthen families and reduce the trauma of divorce to children through supporting legislation and programs which favor Shared Parenting (joint custody) mediation, liberal access/parenting time, and emotional and financial child support. Levy states that there are millions of parents who want to be involved (in their children's lives), but the road is blocked. A noted author, Mr. Levy has written a myriad of articles on the subject of child custody and divorce mediation which have been published in prominent legal journals as well as noted in general interest publications
Does the constitution protect your freedom? If the government just followed the constitution would the US be a "Free Country" and if not can true freedom and liberty be obtained with government? Host Dave Bourne and Co Host Orlando Activist Pete Murtha ask these questions and more!! Replay from 07/22/14
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships. Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.

I Will Be Most Glad To Help You:
Preaching and teaching engagements are considered without respect to the size of the church.
A total commitment is made to every service, “with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men” (Eph. 6:7).
No guarantees of any kind are requested, but a pastor-promoted love offering is much appreciated. Knowing that The Lord has always taken care of us, and trusting that He always will, I'm convinced that God's people, acting in obedience, will be responsible and considerate of our physical needs.
Ours is a Bible-based, pastor-oriented, Christ-centered ministry of faith.
"While on the radio show Tuesday, Glenn and Simon Sinek, author of Start With Why and Leaders Eat Last, discussed how the chemicals in our brain react to certain actions and achievements.
Tonight, we discuss that and how it all comes together to form the world in which we live. Is it political? Yep.
