Discussion and Questions with Ron March of The Ron March Show in Detroit!
The 14th amendment to the US Constitution was ratified on July 9, 1868 during the Reconstruction era. It, along with the 13th and 15th amendments are collectively known as the Reconstruction amendments. Its broad goal was to ensure that the Civil Rights Act passed in 1866 would remain valid ensuring that "all persons born in the United States...excluding Indians not taxed...." were citizens and were to be given "full and equal benefit of all laws." (Quotes from the Civil Rights Act of 1866) However, it went beyond the provisions of the Civil Rights Act in many ways.
4 Key Clauses:
State and federal citizenship for all persons regardless of race both born or naturalized in the United States was reaffirmed.
No state would be allowed to abridge the "privileges and immunities" of citizens.
No person was allowed to be deprived of life, liberty,or property without "due process of law."
No person could be denied "equal protection of the laws."
Tune in as Ron March discusses the 14 TH amendment and what we should know.

Okay I did a great episode for my TGIF segment and the damn show did NOT get recorded. It's okay. My Saturday show will be even that much better. I'll be talking about the untimely death of Freddie Gray, and the history of violence with the Baltimore Police Department and its citizens. I'll also be looking at the TPP with its Pros and Cons. I'll also speak on the most recent trending topics of the day.

Poor, below poverty, ghetto crime, law, Officials,Washington DC. Where do changes start and with whom will start the change. African Americans have a tittle and for the land of the free and home of the brave it can't get past the titles of people who were born and raised on theis American soil. Have you ever heard give a fish and a person eat for a day but if you teach them to fish they can eat forever. Well this works for many things yet there are things which takes a little bit more than training it takes examples many times because people are different. People learn in many different ways.

Friday, April 24, 2015 marks the 100th anniversary of the deportations in Western Turkey which resulted in the genocide of the Armenian people. Over the next nine months nearly 1.5 million men, women and children were either brutally murdered, starved to death or else forced to march across a parched desert to their almost certain extinction, by Turkish gendarmes and their accomplices at the behest of the Turkish government. This event, one of the greatest tragedies of the 20th Century, has been recalled in countless books , articles and documentaries and its veracity is without question. Yet to this day, the Turkish government refuses to recognize this massive human rights crime, let alone apologize for it and most world governments have stonewalled any attempt to build a universal recognition of the events of those months. This conference will seek to investigate the motivations behind the genocide, the extent of the massacres and the reasons the world has largely failed the memory of the innocent victims.
Cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war! War sucks, war happens, deal with it. The question is: How? The answer is: Be prepared, always, to fight and win wars BUT always be measured in initiating wars. Being anti-war is tantamount to surrender and an abdication of the duty to secure justice and defend the innocent; yet initiating wars of conquest and plunder leads to slaughter of the innocent and perpetuates injustice. Is there a measured manner between these Hegelian extremes? One is to apply an Orwellian veneer employing false pretexts and emotive appeals to foment a desire for jingoism. Another is to appeal to Just War doctrine. Yet, the lapdogs on the right and the left see war as the only solution to every problem, both foreign and domestic. Rand Paul disagrees, so the establishment lapdogs, especially the Neocon dogs of war on the ‘right’ go into a berserk frenzy – dogpile on the good doctor! He may run, but he cannot win.
The Republic has been usurped by the tyranny, which shall persist UNLESS liberty-loving people band together to restore Constitutional governance from your own community on up to the Imperial District of Corruption. Restore The Constitutional Militia of the Several States, sound money, free economies, religious and civil liberties as well as a sensible foreign policy of trade non-interventionist defense backed up by the most powerful Navy and Marines; or watch the fascists in both parties push transnational agendas. This is the last chance to stop those who perpetuate empire abroad and a police state at home. To defeat the lawless hordes of Cultural Marxists, fascists, oligarchs, kleptocrats, useful idiots and their fellow travelers especially the Democrats, first you MUST CRUSH the Neocon fascists...for liberty!

Autumn, The Play Inspired by the Newark NJ Mayors Cory Booker and Sharp James!
SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2015 EXCLUSIVE: MNN's "The Gist of Freedom" Interviews of Richard Wesley and cast members! Mr. Wesley an Award-winning Playwright and Screenwriter talks about his new play, "Autumn"!
Richard Wesley, whose hits include "Uptown Saturday Night" and "Let's Do It Again" which starred Sidney Poitier and Bill Cosby and "The Mighty Gents" which went to Broadway.
"Autumn," an absorbing new drama by Richard Wesley that probes the fragility of political legacies and human relationships, premieres at Crossroads Theatre Company April 23 through May 3.
"Autumn" is the first full-length stage play, since the premiere of Wesley's acclaimed work, "The Talented Tenth," in 1989, which looked at the lives of a group of Howard University graduates who were part of an emerging Black elite.
“I began thinking that there was a new generation of post-civil rights movement politicians emerging that was very different from the generation that came of age during the civil rights movement,” Wesley said. “There was a group of old-school politicians who found themselves wrapped up in political scandals; and right behind [them] were these younger politicians who were moving up.”
Since 1995, Wesley has been an associate professor of dramatic writing at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he served as chair of the Rita and Burton Goldberg Department of Dramatic Writing for eight years. He is a former vice president of the Writers Guild of America, East.
Crossroads Theater Company is located at 7 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick. For tickets, call (732) 545-8100 or purchase online at crossroadstheatrecompany.org.
