What Constitutes Animal Cruelty? Acts of violence or neglect made against animals are considered animal cruelty. Examples include overt abuse, dog fighting, and being neglected or denied the basic necessities of care, such as food, water, shelter, sanitation, grooming and veterinary care.
Neglect is the failure to provide an animal with the most basic of requirements of food, water, shelter and veterinary care.Neglect is often the result of simple ignorance on the animal owner's part and is usually handled by requiring the owner to correct the situation. If the problem is not corrected, the animal may be removed from the neglectful person by law enforcement authorities. In some cases, the owner will simply turn the animal over to authorities because they no longer want the responsibility.
Intentional Cruelty is often more shocking and usually an indicator of a serious human behavior problem. Intentional cruelty is when an individual purposely inflicts physical harm or injury on an animal.
The NJSPCA has trained investigators with the authority to arrest and prosecute those individuals who have deliberately maimed, tortured or even killed animals.
Someone who is violent towards animals may be violent towards family members or other people.
Enforcement of Animal Cruelty laws is the primary responsibility of the NJSPCA and it's investigators. We handle complaints daily in all 21 counties throughout the State.
Many people who witness, or hear about cruelty, are not aware that legal action can be taken to help stop the problem. Companion animals are covered by the State of New Jersey's animal cruelty laws. Generally, animal cruelty can be divided into two categories: Neglect and Intentional Cruelty:
Break Every Chain that is holding us back from being a free and independent people!
Nobody will ever change the condition of a people until they change within themselves. Family the burden is on us to change our behavior; to build love, trust and confidence in each other and in our people for us, then, 95% of our problems will be solved. We, as leaders must declare that we will never sell out the aspirations of our people for personal wealth, position and advancement in the society of our former slave masters and their children. We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. Let us accept our responsibility and change our behavior to that, which will make us more than comrades and brothers and Sisters, but a behavior that will make us friends and companions in the struggle for the total freedom of our people here and wherever we are found on this earth.
Our word must be our bond. When we break our word we destroy the life of this covenant or the agreement that we have made. It is absolutely necessary that as leaders we must build trust among ourselves. We can only build trust when we strive to keep our word, particularly a solemn agreement or covenant that we make with each other and with our people. I PLEDGE that from this day forward I will keep this covenant. I pledge that I will work to accomplish our mission to make our vision a reality so help me God.

Inspiration of the Day
“Accept responsibility for your life.
“Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go,
no one else”
author of It’s Not Over Until You Win
So Now What?
There are two primary options in life: To accept things as they are or accept the responsibility for changing them.
Surveying your life and complaining about how you would like things to change (then doing nothing about it) keeps in the role of being a victim.
Look, I know things don’t always go right and maybe even some terrible stuff has happened to you. But that doesn’t define who you are. How you respond and move forward defines who you are.
If you don’t make the decisions about where you are going in life then your world will be created by default or even worse other people will decide for you!
It’s your life…it’s your responsibility.

Most parents say something like, "My children are my responsibility."

A BLACK LIONS PRODUCTION (619) 924-9883
Brought to you by Abruptly Wake Up the Sleeping
For over four hundred years the Stolen Afrikan in AmeriKKKa has been robbed of the ancestry, their Afrikan spirituality, their science and their Story, they have been uprooted and are quickly dying.
The results of governmental institutional racism & genocide are chaotic; single parent households, unwed mothers, incarceration coupled with mis-education and the under educated have practically destroyed the black family. Their right minds are being destroyed with religion, drug addition, the prison & education system.
The continuous bombardments of the court systems manipulation and negative media influence have taken a toll targeted on black children, men and women.
Society has brainwashed the black women into believing that they don't need their black men.
Our women don't believe this because they refuse to see their own reflection, which is their black man because society has convinced the black females to destroy the only true hope for their survival....The Black Man!
The Black Lions are here to help our women experience the presence of a man so they do not try to defunct his true nature.
The Black Lions are here to take back our communities, businesses, families & kin our children and our women.
...Maybe then our black women will discover that A Black Man was all she really needed in the first place.
We need our women by our side in the revolution. Let’s Talk about it. (619) 924-9883

Half way through this show, Michael Hornung, [ @MFHLaw ] joined @Sportsxmichelle to share the breaking news about Adrian Peterson being reinstated by the Vikings, and touched on what that means for the #NFLCommish and the league. Listen to the full show or jump to the midway mark to hear Michael's analysis of the legal matters involving the reinstatement.
Sure was a whole lot of drama this past week. So while Ray Lewis supposedly suggests that DV is not an NFL problem, the world
heard something differently. Or so it seemed if you followed what Sunday sports trends on Twitter. What about Adrian Peterson, and
the issues that have to do with parenting? Do you agree or disagree any form of physical discipline should be illegal. Is the government overstepping its bounds here?
Lastly what about those Ravens fans who wore a Ray Rice jersey? and do you think that @Sportsxmichelle things that Janay shares in any of the responsibility?
Then there is the legal side . . . Join Michelle this morning as she tackles those tough issues that are trending in sports, and asks her special guest Michael Hornung for legal analysis and his view on the NFL Commish, Ray, and AP matters. Should be a great show. Thanks for following and listening this morning. ~
