Do You Know What Your Clients are Saying About You?
Do You Know What Your Clients Are Saying
Because I do. Well, probably not you specifically but I get calls every week from prospective clients that begin with a complaint of the first PI they called or hired. In the interest of personal development, a closer look at a few common complaints I hear may be insightful.
“The last place wouldn’t even quote me a solid price.”
If you deal with new calls that are not from attorneys or other service firms, the client’s number one concern at the start of the call is likely how much your service is going to cost. Your client wants to know that your fee is reasonable for the service you provide and that they are not going to be ripped off or scammed in any way.
This may not be the most common complaint I hear about other PI’S but it is one you can easily avoid by being transparent. Gather the information you need to quote a price to get the job done and quote a firm price. If there will likely be additional fees, especially if the amount is unknown, make sure your client understands this up front and save frustration down the road. Under-Promise and Over-Deliver.
The tightrope walk is often about securing a fair price for your time and energy without scaring away your prospect. I have found that the secret to overcoming a client’s possible “sticker shock” when you talk money is to show your client as much value as you can before you quote your fee. If your client trusts that you are the right person for the job, the exact dollar amount becomes much less important to them.
California may not have a legalization initiative on November’s ballot, but there will be several mmj initiatives including a flourishing one in La Mesa. Endorsed by the San Diego County Democratic Central Committee, this initiative has a very good chance of passage which will make La Mesa one of a handful of cities with voter approved dispensaries.
Cyra Velazquez from Safe Access LaMesa is the show’s first guest and will discuss how the initiative came into being, the tepid city council response and how they snared the SD County Democratic Central Committee endorsement.
Our second guest comes from paradise, the Hawaiian Islands - legendary Maui Wowie, the home of the Chum Gang. However it is not mj paradise for marijuana advocates. One of the more high profile activist in Hawaii is Roger Christie who spent 4 ½ years in a federal prison claiming the right to use marijuana as a religious sacrament. Our second guest is Brian Murphy who met last week with Roger at a half-way house where he is currently residing until he is released.
Roger Christie has paid a terrible price for his devotion to marijuana. Brian reports on how Roger is doing, what’s next and what he plans to do once released.
In addition Bryan speaks about his role as an operator of Patients Without Time, a mmj dispensary that was raided and closed. Bryan is facing multiple decades in jail and has been offered a plea deal which he will talk about on the show.

Before I even say Welcome and introduce myself to you let me state something to you with 100% fact. Wether you believe it or not, yes you can talk to the dead. Spirits who have not crossed over yet..spirits who are stuck and yes, even evil and not so nice entities sometimes. I don’t do this for money, I don’t do this for fame. I do this because what I have discovered after doing this for a while is that it is absolutely 100% real, without a doubt in my mind as well as others who have joined me on my trips and sessions. My name is Steve Huff and I am a Photographer, Blog owner and Paranormal Investigator with my Son Brandon. I take this VERY seriously as do millions of others out there who also know that there is something to all of this.

f you’ve ever read or heard anything about the Illuminati, their bloodlines and the leaders of today, but do not understand (or never heard of) how the giants of Genesis 6, fallen angels and demons fit into this topic, then you really don’t understand the globalist agenda in terms of past, current and planned events or true biblical history. I can assure you that you are not alone, and I personally did not gain this understanding easily or without a significant amount of research and investigation. And… I’m still learning. Understanding the topic of fallen angels, giants, and demons in the context of the bloodline of Adam is the key to unlocking knowledge that few have, and thusly understanding just how far along we are on God’s timeline.
Moreover, you cannot separate the biblical topic of giants, demons and fallen angels from current and near-term Geo-political events, although “the illuminated” would certainly prefer that you did. So too would many mega-churches, televangelists, political figures, military leaders, and royalty. The reason? By understanding that the Holy Bible reveals the blueprints of the globalists, including their methods of madness, that the holy Bible is much more than some antiquated or obscure historical reference or even, as some might assert, a collection of fables, you will then better understand the events taking place around us. Events in the recent past will also be seen for what they actually are, and you will then have a better grasp of what lays ahead. You will gain a better understanding of what was actually taking place in the days leading to the flood of Noah’s time, and it might not be what you think.

Join your host Alex Matsuo as she talks to Cassidy Rae, Rhonda Bingham, and Jason Wilkerson about raising a family and going through life with a psychically gifted teenager.
Cassidy Rae is only 15, but is handling her gift of being able to communicate with spirits like a pro. She realized she had this gift at the age of 13, on Halloween weekend, while attending her first paranormal investigation in Narrows, VA, at the MacArthur Inn. The Inn is an established landmark in this tiny town, having been a hospital, a nursing home, a bed and breakfast, back and forth since the early 1900s. It is now a bed and breakfast, and the owner has most of the history since it was built. During this investigation, which was for fun and lead by a group that she had been friends with for years, Cassidy began seeing and hearing things that weren’t there. She described a man that no one else could see, and when the owner began to go through pictures of former residents, she pointed out the exact man she was seeing. Records proved he had died in the exact room Cassidy was seeing him in. The way she described him to other investigators, including his clothing, was exactly what he was wearing in the picture. The picture had been taken shortly before his death.
