Attention Pot Heads Its legal In Washington, D.C.

    in Lifestyle

Like we dont have enough problems now, there will be people high on pot getting on the metro, bus, cab where ever! Washngton D.C is already screwed up enough they cant get anything done, now they will be high getting nothing done. Let see you can smoke it in your home if you own it and its freestanding. You cant do it in an apartment, because I more than sure the landlord wont approve, considering the person next to you dont want a contact high or because they have enough problems COPD, and are barely making it now. Let see now, more whites are moving in and blacks are moving out. So where do they buy seeds, cant sell it, but can have pot parties for their capitol hill friends so they can further do nothing and leave the country in a stand still. Was this law approved with black people in mind, hell no!

The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab - The Rise Fall and Rebirth of Willie Mays Aikens

    in Sports

"The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli returns. However, this is not the average everyday sports show he is bringing back to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" of sports at its best.

This week is a special epsiode of The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab, as at 10pm, he welcomes Kansas City Royals legend Willie Mays Aikens into the lab. Aikens was once one of the most feared hitters of the late 1970' and early 1980's with the Royals, helping lead Kansas City to the AL pennant in 1980. However, drugs overcame him, and he ended up in prison for almost 20 years. However, since his release in 2008, Aikens has has spoken at schools about his experiences and to the Royals’ young players, always hoping to return to baseball. In November 2008, apologized to Royals fans and the people of Kansas City in the Kansas City Star. In 2011, he returned to the Royals Family in the organization, and has since wrote a book about his rise, fall and rebirth "Safe At Home". As an extra added attraction, JP Muzio, former host of The Sports Ministry and Off The Wall, will be joining me on the interview.

Also appearing this week - 1030pm, Andrew Garda of NJ.com and Bleacher Report to talk some New Jersey college sports (Rutgers, Seton Hall and more); 11pm, Derek Helling of Outside Pitch MLB returns to preview the American League West; 1130pm, Matt Zemek of The Student Section to talk some NCAA Basketball and a Preview to March Madness.

The beacons are lit, the experiments are set, and "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab" is open for study!!!

    The CIA Heroin Epidemic

    in Politics

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan wants to fight Heroin. He has quite a bit of work to do. That heroin is simply flooding out of Afghanistan daily. In fact, this is the biggest drug epidemic America has seen since the 1980's cocaine/crack epidemic while the CIA was helping those Contras down there in South America where the cocaine is grown from the coca plant then processes for delivery to America by the plane load. That crack scourge rivaled the old heroin epidemic in the 1960's and 1970's when the drug mostly came from Southeast Asia where by coincidence America just happened to be fighting a war with Vietnam keeping the world free from the communists playing dominoes or something like that if I recall correctly.

Here's an idea. Now I don't want to tell the generals how to fight their wars and such but every place our military fights that happens to produce illegal drugs ends up flooding those drugs into our country. My humble suggestion is if you want to fight a drug war wouldn't it be better to do it right where you already have our military? I noticed on FOX Geraldo did a story about our GI's protecting the poppy crop so those Taliban don't get at it. It worked too because it all turned up on the streets of America where we hardly have any of those Taliban.

Now if we could only find out who snatched the tons of refined product when the military obviously must have been preoccupied fighting the Taliban. Then we could really put a stop to this latest heroin outbreak. Maybe you might share this broadcast so that it could make it's way to the military leaders who obviously haven't noticed that right where they are always are fighting, narcotics are found as well then they find their way to America somehow.

Maybe Blogtalk will permit this broadcast.

    16Bit Assassins Episode 103: 79% Silicon, 18% Rage, 3% Unicorn Estrus

    in Video Games

Ladies, gentlemen, carbon based lifeforms, and platypi. It's been a month since you last heard the ramblings of the 16Bit Assassins, and while you may of not missed us, we missed you, so we are back, and back on the week before PAX East. So what do we have on this episode? The Power Rangers get a gritty reboot, and sadly if you didn't catch it for the 2 days it was on the internet, you may of missed out, because as with any show from your childhood rebooted with drugs and profanity, people with a copyright get upset. Dunny finally finds a merchant selling his catch phrase, and it's definitely worth the look. We also talk about the rumors flying around the internet regarding Star Wars Episode VII, Alien fans finally have something to look forward to, Mario pulls a vanishing act, and the 16Bit Assassins hand out a few of this year's early winners of the Teabag of Disapproval, All this, and the usual inappropriate banter, on episode 103, 79% Silicon, 18% Rage, 3% Unicorn Estrus. 0

    Is Josh Gordon just unlucky?

    in Sports

Mind of Mansion Depth Perspective Session 2.4: host Matt Kelley @fantasy_mansion believes Josh Gordon is both irresponsible and unlucky.

Josh Gordon was an absent-minded, bumbling kid and is now an absent-minded, self-indulgent adult.

Josh Gordon's open letter to Charles Barkley, Stephen A. Smith, and Cris Carter is admirable.

Josh Gordon is more sincere and introspective than Lebron James.

Issues with the United States' criminal justice system and the War on Drugs do apply to sports.

Drug testing is a superfluous humiliation and overt privacy violation.

Bob Darby, Advocate for the Homeless 2015 #3

    in Politics Progressive

BOB DARBY, ADVOCATE FOR THE HOMELESS  - Thursdays, 3:00 p.m. EST ~ "Power Without Compassion" - Darby  has been an advocate for the homeless for more than twenty years.  Please call to speak on air at (347) 857-3293 for all broadcasts. He has a B.A. in psychology from Emory University. Darby also studied in psychology and theology in graduate school. He is a former employee of Georgia Regional Hospital, Boston State Hospital, and New Hampshire's Hanover-Darthmouth Hospital. In 1994, he co-founded Atlanta Food Not Bombs. Darby is a writer and public speaker. Darby covers subjects such as eugenics and the homeless. He also exposes how drug trafficking by U.S. officials contributes to homelessness, imprisonment and deaths of marginalized people.

Darby asserts drug additions that lead to homelessness were partly facilitated by the CIA, which began trafficking herion, crack and other drugs into America years ago, sometimes with the corpses of deceased American soldiers. He cites documented proof from books by respected journalists and government records. Bob also asserts that people with serious mental illness are deliberately rendered homeless in the United States of America and deprived of psychiatric and medical health care services.

Voters should petition elected officials to improve treatment and subsistence assistance for mentally ill people and those with substance abuse issues. Please use this link to contact your elected officials:
