"Are We Headed Toward a Jobless Future?"
Oxford University research states, that by 2030, almost half of all the jobs, in the U.S., could be automated. Is technology moving so rapidly that many are unaware that their "safe and permanent jobs" are about to disappear? Are we properly educating our future workforce to be prepared for a brave new world where they must compete with computers?
Is the idea of jobs disappearing all around us to automation a reality or myth?

This week on #IntotheCosmos, your hosts Ej Garr and Frank Dall'Apa have a huge show lined up for everyone to enjoy.
The guys will review the match this past weekend with San Antonio, after the Cosmos put an almost perfect performance together, which aided Jimmy Maurer to his NASL record setting 18th clean sheet, in the 3 - 0 win.
Speaking of Jimmy Maurer, the Cosmos stellar GK makes his first appearance on the show this season, and reflects on his accomplishments, and this season on and off the field.
With the Cosmos preparing for their 3rd Round U.S Cup battle with Jersey Express, we get the amazing opportunity to sit down with Express head coach Anderson Da SIlva, who has been helping the youth of soccer his entire life. He, alongside Chiquinho Da Silva, have combined for over 50 years of educating players on how to play the beautiful game.
Our third interview is with the head coach of Minnesota United, as we welcome Manny Lagos to the broadcast. Following his father's footsteps, Manny is the longest tenured coach in the entire NASL, with two Coach of the Year awards to his credit.
It will be a busy week ahead for the Cosmos, with the U.S Cup match on Wednesday, a big league match with second place Minnesota, and a trip to Cuba on June 2nd all on deck, so let's get to it!

Having been a business man from a very early age, Darren Walker became frustrated with the challenges of limited access to people and resources that could advance his business and personal endeavors. At age 25, Walker—together with his friend and partner Dustin Young established GOES (Green Opportunities Energy Solutions). GOES was the first among the companies then incubating at Moore Norman Technology Center whose sales exceeded $1 million in its first year of operation at the Business Development Center where it started.

Today is the 22nd annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day.and the theme for this year's activities is, "If you keep moving, you'll keep improviing."
That's a theme that's been consistant with this show from when we started here on Blog Talk Radio seven years ago. It's always been my major goal to provide encouragement to boomers and above to stay active or to get active if for some reason you haven't been in a while. There are so many things you can do and new ones coming along all the time.
Just last month we had a National Masters Swim competition here in San Antonio. As a volunteer with the San Antonio Sports Foundation I took part in the event and it was so encouraging to see things like one heat between three men that were all in their ninties. What have you got planned for your 90's?
On today's show I'll give you an overview of activities and how to get started. If you've got a question, the listener line 347-934-0549 is available and I'll do my best to help you.

The new segment called Diehard Corona Crew will discuss how to raise the profile of CONCACAF soccer worldwide. We will have the Diehard Lakers Central and Diehard Dodgers Corner segments with our special panel discussing Kobe Bryant and his apparent impending retirement along with the Dodgers' massive struggles against the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park so far this season.
