THE DAILY COMPLAINT (NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE/LOAN MOD RUNAROUNDS/FORECLOSURE/RIGHTS)

    in Finance

    TODAY'S SPOTLIGHT:

NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LOAN MODIFICATION RUNAROUNDS PAYING SOMEONE FOR MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE WRONGFUL FORECLOSURE DUAL-TRACKING CFPB RESPA CONSUMER RIGHTS

    "the daily complaint"

Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.

I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need.  The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.

We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!

We hope you enjoy the Show...

Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real, Aug. 31, 2015

    in Politics Progressive

Johnny Strozier Keeping it Real, a reentry radio broadcast, Aug. 31, 2015, 9pmEST until 11pmEST. Call-in number 347.857.3293. Johnny Strozier was paroled in 2013 after having been incarcerated for 46 years in the Georgia prison system. This show documents Strozier's reentry as he helps others who are also exiting prisons and jails. Strozier counsels youths to help ensure that they never become inmates, and he has gathered numerous concerned people from churches and human rights advocacy groups to help give information and practical assistance to released inmates in the Metro-Atlanta area. Strozier says, "If a man with think right, he will act right; and if he acts right, things will go right in his life." This philosophy is sound in most cases.

Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will.

Are You Thankful For Things That "Don't" Happen?

    in Christianity

In life we can have attitudes, good or bad when it comes to God's decisions. We give praise to God when things go our way, but we have the nerve to get mad at God when they don't. How dare we take God for a idiot. He doesn't make mistakes. Failure is not in His vocabulary. The bible says in 1 Thesslonians chapter 5 :18; "give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." (New International Version) Psalm 100: 5; "For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations." (New International Version)

What does this mean to us? It's simple. I don't care what we are going through. God is able. Even if we think we have something, sometimes what we are trying to get, God may not want us to have. Whether its that job, business, car, house, a certain relationship, God will not stand by and watch the destruction of His children. We may get upset at times when we feel like we been dealt a bad hand. Sometime we just want to flat out cuss. LOL Turn that cuss (before it comes out your mouth) into a praise. Believe me, I have been in situations where I wanted to cuss and fight everybody who made me mad.

Check me out. Nobody can make us mad. We get mad at our discrection. That person or situation(s) you're upset with, has no control over you. So don't give them or it the power to cause you stress or have headaches. No matter what happens, we may not like the end result, but God is still good. Remeber, God is not saying no, He's saying, not right now.

Breaking the Chains.....Is Education or Indoctrination happening in Schools?

    in Motivation

    I have a dream...Celebrating Our Jubilee!

Our forefathers and mothers planted trees from which we gather fruit, and dug wells from which we quench our thirst. Civil Rights Activist marched for us, died for us and pleaded for our equality.

So what are we leaving behind for our communities today? What are we fostering in the minds of our Black children? How will we strengthen our families and our communities? How will we show the power of LOVE in the world? How are we Leading Change?

Just over fifty years ago, Dr. King's "I Have a Dream..." Speech debuted in Detroit and transformed a nation. Today, we, the residents of Detroit, are uniting to become a beacon of light and love to usher in greater transformation within our capacity to love that will impact this city, nation and the world. As Detroit goes, so does the nation.

Grass roots organizations and communities in Detroit are raising the bar on what's possible for us as Humans by elevating our consciousness to envision our lives as spirits in human form co-creating a world that reflects love, unity, compassion and Power. Find their destiny so you can powerfully play a role in Detroit's Re-birth that causes the world to notice!

Today, we are turning our discussion to our education system as school is resuming next week in our city. We want to encourage dialogue on what are the expectations for our children during their educational journey and how it translates to them becoming a part of society. What role is expected of them that is reflecting in the education they receive? Is it inclusive of the children's culture and societal experiences or is it a mirage of the life they have no hope of achieving? It's time to have this conversation.

Remember, we are powerful, and together we rise!
