    Boyfriend Labels Girlfriend as Childish

    in Self Help

    Have you ever run into a situation where another person plasters a label on you?  It feels like you've been branded, doesn't it?  To make matters worse, if someone you love does it, you may feel hurt and wonder what action to take.

     In today's episode of Harmony Keys, Dr. Joan discusses the case of a young woman who is labeled as "childish" by her boyfriend.  What are Boyfriend's possible motives for criticizing the girl he loves?  What might Girlfriend decide to do about their relationship?  Is there hope that these two people who love each other might find a way to remain as a couple?

    As you listen, you will determine what choices you might make in a similar situation.

    Are you experiencing relationship issues at home, at work, at school, or at play?  Tune in to hear Dr. Joan describe alternative solutions.  Follow along as she presents keys for harmony.

    A portion of each program is devoted to the reading of Dr. Joan's published stories about human disputes.  Currently she is reading from her debut novel Gra Im Thu! I Love You!  The story is about two Irish families who find themselves intermarrying, even though they are poles apart in the areas of religion and politics.  Tune in and listen to the story as the O'Gradys and Gwynns learn to solve their problems, or what they call their potato encounters, and develop a method for making delicious mashed potatoes together.  Find out how diversity and harmony can live in the same house.

    Foug Crew " Childlike " Or " Childish" Behavior In Our Walk

    in Spirituality

    We read in all the Gospels, how Jesus seems particularily interested in children, not just children of God but children in general. Luke 18:15-17 says, " Then they also brought infants to Him that He might touch them; but when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called them to Him and said, " Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not recieve the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it." So how can we recieve the kingdom of God as a little child? Do we become observers of children to learn from them? Are we to look at kids for an example of how to relate to the kingdom of God? How are we to see God in the context of Father unless we are in the context of a child? Why did Jesus tell us that we have to become like a child? Can a child have three things that we seem to grow out of as we grow up ? Humility , trust and dependence? Is maybe " childishness behavior ", keeping us from growing up and becoming mature, especially in our Christian walk? Tonight ( Monday Night) @ 9:00 - 10:30 pm on Foug Crew with hosts Bob and John Fougeray we discuss - " Childlike " Or " Childish " Behavior In Our Walk. INJUSTIC IS INTOLERABLE. TRUTH ABOUT YOU/MAN AND YOUR SINS

    1 Corinthians 13

    1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

    2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

    3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

    4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

    5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

    6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

    7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

    8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

    9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

    10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

    11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

    12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

    13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

    PUT AWAY CHILDISH THINGS / FOOLISHNESS OF GOD IS GREATER

    in Religion

    BACK TO BASICS...... Foolishness of God is WISER THAN MEN (science). SCIENCE IS GREAT.......GOD IS GREATER.... GOD EXPRESSES HIMSELF AS SCIENCE! Put Away Childish Things....... 1 Cor 13:11 BASIC CHRISTIANITY IS ADVANCED SPIRITUALITY!  Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26For you see your calling, brothers, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.......... 1 Cor 1:25 - 27 THE SCIENCE OF EPIGENTICS & NEUROTHEOLOGY

    Week 31 - When to say when...When do we stop chasing?

    in Radio

    1st Segment ~ Chaste or Chased: We have all hit that wall. We know that all hope has been lost and that the chase has ended and the relationship is not going to progress any further. How do we get out of that position? How do we prevent it from happening in the first place? This week we are going to examine an article by Mark Manson that addresses this very issue. When someone wants to be with you, they shift their schedule, they make adjustments and they proffer a level of importance to you...and you do the same. How do we prevent ourselves from being caught in a quagmire, a morass or milieu of time wasting. How do we stop playing this childish game and move into the adult realm? Join us as we dialogue on this topic for our first segment from a friendship/chase perspective and for our second segment Behind Closed Doors from a relationship perspective.

    Michelle Obama Ain't Bald So Shut Up About It

    in Politics Conservative

    Some of you can not wait to take any opportunity to play petty politics.  I get it, you don't like Michelle Obama, She isn't Laura Bush, whatever the hell you have in mind as a FLOTUS.  But let me help you with something.  Everytime you post something about Mrs Obama online you become the very person the left says you are.  You become the bigot, You become the racist.  You become that person that is angry. You become someone that is sophmoric and childish for sure.

    What you become in my opinion, is a roadblock for people like me to interface in the urban community as a Black Republican and Black conservative.  I am sure yu don't think your little jokes matter, but everything any more is interrelated and interdependent. what we say online matters. The slightest posts adds to the narrative.  I am sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing but I am sure it is a thing.
