Curious Times – Readings by Donna DiPietro and Dianna Monroe

    in Spirituality

Donna DiPietro is a psychic and paranormal investigator. She has worked on many cases including haunted houses and a haunted church, finds lost valuables, and predicted that the Pope would be shot 24 hours before it happened. She has investigated, the largest art heist in history, and has the gift of mediumship. She has spoken and written in other languages, that she does not know, to deliver messages from the other side.

Donna has experienced a NDE and has had contact with her husband since his crossing, and hopes that by making her cases public, it will help in the advancement of paranormal research. She documents her cases at www.psychicstudy.blogspot.com. donnagroverdipietro@gmail.com.

Dianna Monroe has been highly psychic for as long as she can remember. When she was very young, she could see and hear things that no one else could. Dianna thought everyone could read minds and frightened a lot of adults by responding to their thoughts before she heard their words.

With no mentor to guide her, Dianna struggled through childhood and then independently studied metaphysics and explored the psychic frontier, expanding her intuitive faculties. Dianna now writes and provides intuitive readings to help others understand their psychic abilities and how they can best utilize them so they can make wiser decisions and take actions that will lead to happier, more fulfilling lives. http://www.psychicfrontier.com

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 1075

    in Self Help

Tonight's special guest is KiloMarie Granda from St. Cloud, Minnesota, a child abuse and rape survivor who's now a Violence Prevention and Response Coordinator and a Wellness Center Coordinator at University of Minnesota. She's also the founder of Unspoken Voices, where the motto is "One voice changes everything." KiloMarie has worked with both offenders and victim/survivors and has seen the damage caused in lives of many due to interpersonal violence. As a result of this and her own experience as a survivor of childhood abuse and rape, she realized that far too many individuals' voices, including her own, often remain unspoken. KiloMarie believes that if the work that Unspoken Voices does affects even one life in a positive manner, than it gives meaning to her experiences. "For far too long, victim/survivors, bystanders, and our society has remained silent on the issues of personal power-based violence. The silence must be shattered," she says. "We must be willing to raise our own voices and declare that violence is not okay, not tolerable, and should never be encouraged." To this end, KiloMarie and Unspoken Voices offer a variety of awareness, educational, and training events, regionally and nationally. She invites folks to "please feel free to reach out to this organization or another on behalf of yourself, your friend, your neighbor, or the person that you pass on the street. Violence is occuring at epidemic proportions, and only when we use our voices against it, do we have a real opportunity to create a positive and lasting cultural change."

Casey Ward- Mike Pettit- Kevin Pyramids on Mars

    in Entertainment

Welcome to the show...Hammer is giving you a double-shot of greatness you won't want to miss...

Indie-Author and Publisher Mike Pettit is a best-seller of over twenty novels to his credit. He spent many years in little known back-water ports around Asia and the Caribbean, learning and applying the rules of international duplicity, double dealing and knowing when to run. Believe only half of what you see, and nothing of what you are told; survival goes in the plus column. At home on Florida’s emerald Coast, Mike spends his time writing Mystery Suspense and Thriller novels. Stories of lost honor, stolen money, danger coming at you like a tracer round; where the good guy doesn’t always win, and the bad guy isn’t always who you think it is.

Casey Ward (entrepreneur and business owner) has always loved to write. Her stories are reflective of her careers in the diverse fields of Antiques, Veterinary Medicine, and the Fashion Industry. Her knowledge and experience of these areas, provide a constant stream of ideas to build her stories around. Casey has lived on both Coasts and in Hawaii for several years, but her Midwestern roots drew her back to the Kansas City area to live and raise her family.

"Pyramids on Mars is the embodiment of who I am, really. My musical influences, my philosophies on life, the universe and our place in it." Kevin went on to say, “I have always been attracted to space, and a lot of my sound is influenced from my childhood growing up in the '70's. Some of my favorite TV shows back then were Star Trek and Space: 1999. Plus I am a huge Rush and Pink Floyd fan! Thus I use a lot of analog synthesizers like the Minimoog and Oberheim Polyphonic. Predominant of the '70's era and used exclusively by those bands. They are just so warm and mysterious sounding, they resonate with me."

Robert McNally shares his life lessons

    in Lifestyle

Author Robert McNally shares his life lessons. Reminiscing about the "good 'ol days” can drum up some interesting memories of days gone by, a simpler time when the biggest concern children had was how many minutes they could play outside until Mom and Dad noticed the streetlights were on.  After all, that was the universal signal that it was time to hightail it into the house.  Author Robert McNally's hilarious recollection of his childhood memories, in The Memoir of a Boy on His Dangerous Journey trilogy is reminiscent of Huck Finn.

The trilogy includes two volumes to-date:  I Had Jelly on My Nose and A Hole in My Breeches (vol. 1), Sister Superior's Thumb, the Pope's Ring and the End of Childhood (vol. 2), and the final book in the trilogy is currently being penned.

I Had Jelly on My Nose and A Hole in My Breeches (vol. 1) highlights McNally's childhood during WWII and the Great Depression when he grew up near a crematory and a jail. This wide-eyed, young boy's inner circle included members of his family, inmates of the county jail, and his best friend Rosemary. In his surroundings were gypsies, beggars and hobos.

The second volume of the trilogy, Sister Superior's Thumb, the Pope's Ring and the End of Childhood, continues on with McNally's adventures as he enters adolescence.  One day he picked himself up and walked out of school and did not return. Three months later he was registered in a different one.

Robert McNally writes about his life's adventures growing up in Ridgewood and Middle Village, NY, at the coaxing of friends and family.  Insurance auditor, turned writer, McNally now resides in New York with his wife.
