www.my-natural-motherhood-journey.com In our premiere episode I'll be interviewing Carmen from Mommy Talk about her choice in childbirth options which include choosing Providence Alternative Birthing Center in Southfield, Michigan for the location of her first birth.
Carmen writes in her bio: I am a natural birthing, breastfeeding, baby food making, stay-at-home, attachment mama. I love blogging about hot topics in childbirth and parenting and hope that the things I talk about will encourage women to go out and get educated about their choices in childbirth and parenting.

Making Options Avaliable
Kris Warren, a documentary filmmaker, is producing an exciting new film about how clinical Music Therapy and Neurologic Music Therapy are being used as options for treating symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and many other populations. He is also a music artist who discovered Music Therapy recently in August 2013. Kris wrote a song about how music is his therapy not knowing that Music Therapy is a viable and effective treatment option. Since that moment, he went on a journey throughout the USA interviewing experts on Music Therapy and Neurologic Music Therapy for the upcoming documentary titled Music Is My Therapy: MusicTherapyDocumentary.Com. Funds are also currently being raised on Kickstarter to film internationally.
Kris is joined by Professor Michael Thaut from Colorado State University. Dr. Thaut's internationally recognized research focuses on brain function in music, especially time information processing in the brain related to rhythmicity and biomedical applications of music to neurologic rehabilitation of cognitive and motor functions.

Jane Elliott is an American former schoolteacher, recognized most prominently as an anti-racism activist and educator. She is also known as a feminist and LGBT activist. Elliott created the famous "blue-eyed/brown-eyed" exercise, first
done with third-grade school children in the 1960s, which later became the basis for her career in diversity training.
The exercise was conducted the day following Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination. The purpose of the exercise was
to try to teach her students the effects of being a minority. Her exercise, and the subsequent controversy, became the basis for the television documentaries Eye of the Storm (1970) and A Class Divided (1985). Elliott was also recipient of the National Mental Health Association Award for Excellence in Education and many other awards.

Why do investors use options? Who should use options?
Will leverage help or hurt the trade? Can people really make money?
How much profit can be made and how much can be lost?
What is a strike price? When do the options expire?
Why trade commodities?
Which markets should be traded right now?
When to buy and when to sell?
MONEY, OPTIONS, AND LIFE.

Having a healthy digestive system ensures your weight-loss plan will be successful. To improve your digestion to lose weight, make sure to consume adequate fiber and fluids and increase your physical activity if possible.
Fiber -- Feel Light and Regular
Eat more fibrous foods to increase weight loss and prevent constipation. Fiber resists your digestive enzymes, meaning it is not broken down but stays intact as it passes through your digestive tract. As it travels, it forms a gel and absorbs some excess fat, cholesterol and sugar, which is passed through your stool. Only plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seed, beans and legumes provide fiber. Nonstarchy vegetables such as greens, tomatoes, broccoli and eggplant are good low-calorie options for weight loss because they contain only about 25 calories per 1 cup raw or 1/2 cup cooked.
Many Nutrients Contribute to Metabolism
A healthy metabolism is critical for successful weight loss and digestion. Many high-fiber foods are more nutritious than their low-fiber alternatives; whole grains, example, offer more nutrients than refined white grains. High-fiber foods contain more vitamins and minerals important for your metabolism, including B vitamins. This family of vitamins is involved in many metabolic processes, such as the breakdown of food into energy.
