Toxic chemicals in food government OKs not to be on label

    in Health

What is the point of ingredient and calorie labels if they can’t be trusted?

There is NO safe level of this ingredient and food producers should cease and desist the industrial production of it. In fact, eating just a tiny amount of this nasty ingredient can increase your risk of heart disease and make you store more and more visceral fat (the belly fat most golfers have) A dangerous kind of belly fat that’s almost impossible to get rid of. We want to help you learn EXACTLY how to eliminate this toxic food from your kitchen forever.  MANY of the “health” food labels that show zero amount of this toxic ingredient contain significant amounts, but food companies get to LIE about it.  Tune in you will not want to miss our show, this Wednesday eveing at 7:PM EST

Wardrobe Wednesdays is Back With a New Title, Vision and Content

    in Women

Wardrobe Wednesdays will be airing again starting this Wednesday, January 28, 2015 @ 10:00am CST. Please join me this Wednesday when I tell you my story and how it relates to the new vision and mission for Wardrobe Wednesdays.  The show will still be providing you with great tips on the latest fashion tips and trends. I'll also be speaking on the topic of your health. Your health is your wealth and I've always known that but recently in October of 2012 I found out first hand what that really means after being diagnosed with metastatic stage 4-breast cancer.

I changed my mission in life as well as my diet. I look and feel great and want to share it with women (cancer patients and survivors) who are interested in taking care of themselves and improving their quality of life. While recuperating from surgery and treatment I found that there are 5 key areas in your life that can have a profound effect on feeling better and helping to keep your cancer cells shut off.

Each episode will have tips in one or more of the key areas so that you can swap out, add or delete habits that aren't getting you the results you want. So this Wednesday you can start just by taking action on the tip for that day.  You can choose to take baby steps or drastic changes depending on your personality. No one knows your body and personality and what works better than you do. I'll supply the weekly dose of healthful, food & fashion tips to look and feel better everyday.

Looking forward to hearing from you next week.

What are some of your most pressing questions on food & fashion that you would like me to address on future episodes of BTR?

My Title is still a work in progress. Have any ideas? Submit your titles or questions at: gwenmarie@1791.com

    Thanks,

Alec Rayme of Left Behind shares life lessons

    in Lifestyle

Life Lessons welcomes one of the lead actors from Left Behind, Alec Rayme. This show is presented by www.gracefully-yours.com, America's favorite inspirational greeting card and journal company. Visit www.shop.gracefully-yours.com for special promotions.

Born Ali Alherimi in Akron, Ohio, on December 20th, 1978, Alec Rayme was raised mostly in Florida. He was very athletic spending most of his younger days playing sports. After high school he went on to play college football at USM and then Pro Arena football in Florida. After a short lived football career he hit the road in search of something new. He got approached by an agent while working for his father’s store, with nothing to lose he gave it a shot. The first audition he was sent on he booked as Batman in the Batman Stunt Spectacular at Six Flags New Orleans. He had always been into anything that had to do with art, but this very much got his foot into the entertainment industry. From there he fell into stunts and would usually book stunt acting roles. After almost 10 years of stunts he decided that it was enough for him and started to focus mainly on acting. After booking a couple big roles he knew he had made the right decision. He now acts full time as well as owns a food truck called "The Holy Grill" He has never been married and has no children. He hopes to continue to act and also will be making his directing debut. Recent films "Left Behind" and "Lets Be Cops" both will be released in 2014.
