Chewing The Fat with BIG & BEEFY are LIVE on location at GrilleStone Restaurant in Scotch Plains NJ hosting The Celebrity Chef Charity Chili Cook Off. Proceeds of this event will benefit the Support for Susana Fund and The Tommy Lindsey Supplemental Needs Fund. After such a succesful WING FIGHT at Chef Eddie Canlons Restaurant in November, Chef Klaus Kronsteiner and owner Frank Peterpaul decided to continue the charity cook offs by coming up with this one.
On the bill as always is Chef Rob Burmeister, Chef Clemenza Caserta Jr., Chef Eddie Canlon, Chef John Sierp and Chef Barret Beyer. Chef Lou Marfoglio is also coming in from The Island. Staten Island is heading into Jersey from a real deal Throwdown. Chef Klaus, Chef David Viana and Chef Sean Wilson from NJ will be there too as well as some firemen and novice cooks.
Big and Beefy will be podcasting as well as judging with Adam Poch, The Rev, Melissa Clinton and many more celebrities.

In this episode of Chewing The Fat, Big and Beefy welcome Actor Steve Schirripa to the show. You may remember Steve from his role as "Bobby Baccalla" on the SOPRANOS. Schirrippa is now the brains and talent behind "Uncle Steve's Italian Specialties", He makes three great sauces that accompany any pasta. The motto is "Make Every Day Sunday". Let me tell you by experience that these sauces are terrific. They are made with organic tomatoes from Italy and it shows. Friggin Delicious!!!!! We will also find out what Steve is up to today. We hear he is filming a project.
Also on the bill is none other than our Austrian friend, Chef Klaus Kronsteriner from Grillstone in Scotch Plains, NJ. Joining Klaus will be owner/operator of Grillstone, Frank Peter Paul. Grillstone will be the home base for next weeks "Chili Fight" !!!! After the "Wing Fight" Klaus decided to host a Chili Fight for Charity and bring together TV Chefs from all over to compete for best chili. Come on down on December 15th and see who really has the best.
Since Schirripa has his sauces,Chef Rob and Chef Clem decided to do TOP 5 Favorite Pasta Sauces. We also will be doing a Food Fight and News. Look out for Trivia and of course some in the kitchen good old fashioned trash talkking amongst the chefs.
The Curvacious Cook will be calling in LIVe from a Sports Bar in Kansas.

With the holiday a few days away, Chefs Rob Burmeister and Clemenza Caserta Jr. will be doling out Turkey Tips, ideas for side dishes, leftover to do's, Thanksgiving Horror stories and all else that deals with America's gluttenous day.

Staten Island Charity Celebrity Chef "Wing Fight" 2014 LIVE at Canlon's Restaurant
Not only will Big & Beefy be Chewing the Fat about Chicken Wings with Celebrity Chefs , but they will also be participating in the contest as well.
16 TV Chefs from all over will be battling it out with their best style of chicken wing. The chefs are representing shows such as Hell's Kitchen, Cutthroat Kitchen, CHOPPED, Kitchen Casino, Midnight Feast, The Taste, Rachael Ray, Food Fighters, and many more. The chefs are : Eddie Canlon, Rob Burmeister, Clemenza Caserta, Sean Quinn, Klaus Kronsteiner, John Sierp,Barret Beyer, Dan Ryan,Melissa Clinton, Lou Marfoglio, Trevor McGrath, Vinny Accardi, Frankie Bilotti, David Viana, and Sandra Flores.
Besides a Peoples Choice Prize, The Chefs will be judged by 6 Celebrity Judges. They are: Adam Poch (Big Brother - Bacon Paradise), Danny Wiseman ( L.I. Wingfest), Pam Silvestri ( Food Editor), The Rev Ciancio ( NYC Wing Off), Chef Diane Dimeo ( The Taste, Mission Menu & Chopped), Brian Dempsey (Bringthewing.com).
All these good people have donated their time to help raise money for "BIG's" nephew, Tommy Lindsey. Tommy suffers from Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. It is a genetic disease that forms tumors on his major organs. Tommy has had over 11 brain surgeries to control his seizures.
