Connie Johnson, commonly referred to as Chef Connie, is a dynamic woman who has dedicated herself to improving the health and happiness of people within her community. Though her alma mater is Howard University in Washington D.C., Chef Connie is proud to call Baltimore her hometown.
Before coining the name “Chef Connie,” Connie reigned in New York as a top executive in the music industry. After leaving the industry, Connie returned to Baltimore to raise her family of six children.
Chef Connie discovered her passion for the culinary field while cooking with her eldest daughter, Bijan. After realizing her raw talent as a chef, Connie began to pursue a culinary career.
While Chef Connie’s eldest daughter, Bijan, also helped her mother discover her passion for helping others, especially children. In 2007, Chef Connie’s eldest daughter, Bijan, tragically passed away in a violent asthma attack.
Though Chef Connie experienced many challenges in the time proceeding Bijan’s passing, Chef Connie liberated herself through her passion to help children.
Chef Connie began a culinary program using the kids from her children’s school, Calvin Rodwell Elementary School. While keeping spirits high and energy higher, children participating in the program are taught the importance of fighting against obesity and cooking without salt. Her culinary camp gained attention after the filming of HBO’s Weight of the Nation, and has made appearances on Baltimore’s FOX News Channel.
After learning of local parents’ requests to enroll their children in the limited school program, Chef Connie designed a fitness and culinary arts camp to address the needs of the children’s mind, body, and soul.

Nut is an internationally recognized Nubian-Khamite priestess, speaker, master revealer and Bliss warrior. As chief priestess of Kra Mut Ankh ~ Temple of the Mother of Life, she is holder of the lineage of Sh’ti Mer – a resurrected ancient Afrakan initiatory path of Orgasmic Alkhamy, and once lost greatgrandmother to Indian Tantra.
“DivaMama” Nut, as she’s affectionately known, is the founder of: OrgasmicLiving.com, welcoming Bliss activist, lovers & leaders into initiation in the Divine revelation of whole-self Life, Love & Wealth mastery through Sh’ti Mer!
Dr. Kenneth: The emerging Western sexual Tantra was answering some of my questions, but it was not until I stepped onto a shamanic path that spirituality, sexuality, energy, wisdom, and transformation all came together for me. I began to “read” people’s energy patterns and saw many energetic similarities between the Tibetan lamas, the Native American medicine people, and some sacred sexuality teachers/practitioners I knew closely. http://www.SexualShaman.com

This month's show topic is “Trial By Fire” is a documentary based on RSD/CRPS created by Celebrity Chef Charles Mattocks, as seen on CNN, Dr. Oz, The Today Show and many more mainstream media across the United States and around the world. Charles is also a best-selling author, World Diabetes Advocate and film-maker. Charles’ mother, who is the sister of the late legendary reggae legend Bob Marley, was diagnosed with RSD/CRPS about 4 years ago. Charles, who also recently lost his father from cancer, was moved to create Trial By Fire after seeing his father’s loss and wanting to help his mother who seemingly is at a point where he is in fear of losing two parents in a very short span.
