If you are interested in hearing about women in leadership roles in sports join us Tuesday, at 11:30 am est and hear from the only sitting Division I non-HBCU African-American female Athletic Director, Carla Wilson of University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Wilson’s leadership in the department has touched many facets – budget, human resources, facilities, sport administration and student-athlete welfare and development.Wilson became the only female athletics director in the Western Athletic Conference, and the first ever female leader of intercollegiate athletics at UMKC. She is one of a few minority women serving as an athletics director at the NCAA’s 351 Division I institutions. Founded by Rob Calzada in 2007, Golden Crescent Paranormal (GCP) is a group of individuals dedicated to finding answers as to the causes of paranormal phenomena. After experiencing unexplained activity in our own lives, our questions and concerns for the supernatural has led us on a journey throughtout Texas seeking answers at some of the most haunted locations in the United States. By bringing a balanced approach and employing innovative techniques, our objective is to continue gathering auditory and visual data by using the latest technological research equipment this field has to offer. By broadening our knowledge with each investigation we undertake, our aim is to help our clients understand the nature of the activity they may be experiencing and offer possible solutions on how to successfully deal with a haunting.
