SORT BY Relevancy
America--land of the brave and the free!
How do we define bravery? Is it hiding behind insecurities and resorting to name-calling and bullying people?
What does it mean to be free? Are we simply free to insult the intelligence of the masses or is freedom a buzzword for the rich and celebrated? They can say whatever they want to say, but we can't?
Why is it that Donald Trump feels he can belittle everyone who disagrees with him and his supporters rally around him like he's some kind of god? Perhaps he is to them, but to the rest of the world--not even close.
Why would anyone in their right mind support a man for the presidency who belittles them by calling them--"ill-informed and low-educated?" Do they not see how he really feels about them? And then there are those other people--the bigots who support Trump simply because he is as hateful against people as they are.
It is obvious to me and has been for some time that Trump has no relationship with God--and it's evident that he's not familiar with a bible (can't pronounce the names of the books) or even knowing how to respect others when they're praying (YouTube with Black Pastors). This is not a man God would want to lead His people, but if Americans don't wake up and smell the stench of narcissism, we'll all be led captive by other nations because we were foolish enough to elect buffoonery.
Believers need to pray and then rally around the person who knows God and will seek peace with all nations, rather than confusion and chaos.

Join us again next week at the same time on the same day and remember, God loves you and we do, too!
There is so much going on in the world today that it is difficult--no, almost impossible to focus on just one thing.
Every day brings more bad news from the media--one would think the only thing they think about is how much bad news can they find to broadcast.
If we listen to the news too long--we'll become depressed and oppressed and possessed of negativity which the devil will love.
Instead of focusing on what the media says, how about we believe the report of The Lord. What is that report? Let's look in The Word and find out--for ourselves--not waiting for someone else to tell us--and see what The Lord is speaking to our hearts.

Have a blessed, anointed balance of your week!
None of us can change the world by ourselves, but with a change in our attitudes, we can make a difference, one person at a time.
Of course, Believers who have an established relationship with Jesus Christ understand--the one person at a time concept--hopefully better than most--but if we concentrate on changing self first and reaching out to others to show them, not tell them, how a different attitude change their lives and the lives of others.
Showing kindness--even to people who may not deserve it is one way we can change attitudes. It's hard to stay mad at someone who is kind to you.
Showing compassion--when other people have situations to deal with, we can be more compassionate about them than being judgmental. We've all made mistakes--some more costly than others, but the great thing about mistakes is--if we learn from them--and we should--we become better people.
Loving others--even the unloveable--gets their notice every time. And when we finish showing them love, share the love of Jesus Christ, gettting them to understand just how important they are to Him.
We can do this--change the world--making a difference and a better place for all to live and thrive--one person at a time.

Well, we've made it past all the celebrations of praise and thanksgiving to Jesus for loving us enough to give His life. What's next?
Considering the gift He's given us through Holy Spirit--how about we live The Gospel Message on a daily basis, so we won't have to preach The Word to convince, but people will be convinced by our lifestyles.
How do we do it? Let's start with self-examination to determine what's in us so we'll know what comes out of us--with no surprises.
Does kindness dwell on the inside and unconditional love?
Does joy rest within our hearts?
Do we have enough faith to live according to God's Word?
Have we exercised self-discipline in all matters?
Does the love of God constrain us when we're upset with people?
Are our expectations of others greater than our expectations of us?
Does love reign in our lives or do we allow bitterness and anger to overshadow our lives?
If we're going to convince a world of God's goodness, then we must start by being a living epistle--evangelizing with our lives and not just our words.

Every day we see a need for Jesus to return quickly. However, since we cannot dictate His return we simply have to live with the circumstances, but we don't have to conform to them.
No matter what happens in the world--what the crisis is or what the foolish politicians do--we must hold fast to The Word of God and dig in--determined not to be moved by circumstances but to motivate God's moving in our lives by our demonstration of faith in His Word. When Jesus told the woman with the issue of blood that her faith had mader her whole, we can learn lessons about faith. It is not our emotional pleas that move God, but our faith in Him that He will take care of us.
So, let's practice holding onto our faith in Him. Every time something happens, we remind ourselves, "God's got this and I have no need to be concerned." If we don't change our attitude about all the nonsense reigning in the world, we'll kll ourselves with stress over situations we cannot control. God's Got it!

When we look at relationships with other people today and with God, what do we see?
One of the reasons that the world is in the shape that it's in is because we have forgotten how to sustain viable relationships--with children, spouses, family, others, and God. How do we know when the relationship is collecting dust and cobwebs are strangling life out of it?
When we stop caring about one another--stop being mindful of the needs of others; especially those we live with and stop allowing God to guide us in all things--the relationship is broken and needs mending.
However, broken relationships don't need band-aid fixes, they need healing.
Broken relationships with spouses--need one-on-one conversations--truthful--even with truth hurts and both need to listen to hear beyond the words.
Broken relationships with children--need special attention--children need to know they are an important part of every decision and their feelings need consideration every step of the way.
Broken relationships with others--need confrontation--to determine what happened, if it matters, and how all parties can move forward without regret, bitterness or anger.
A broken relationship with God--needs prayer, repentance, and determination to live according to His Word--embracing His love as a way of life.
Relationships are only as important as those involved want them to be.If you'd like to join us in this conversation, give us a call at 619-638-8499 during our live broadcast!

This Sunday, September 28th, at 7:00 PM, E.S.T., we will discuss the enormous impact the Internet has had on the social and economic conditions and challenges we face around the world, as well as in our individual communities and families.
Since the invention of the World Wide Web, the way we interact with each other; the way we get our news, the speed and which we get it and even the way we are educated and entertained has all changed. Internet Technology has even been intertwined into our Cell Phone Technology, so that it is always with us and always available and accessible.
On this important show, we will discuss what changes have occured since the introduction of the Internet, rather these changes have been positive or negative and why. We will also offer helpful tips on how to manage the impact the Internet has on our children and on our own lives. I'm sure we can all agree that the Internet, with all it's negative points and effects, can also be a wonderful tool in our lives and in business. But clearly, it needs to be used responsibly and clearly, we need to not be naieve about the impact of it's existance and usage.
Remember, this show is your opportunity to let your voice be heard. There are few places where the ordinary, every day person's voice can be heard. Our show is dedicated to offering those who would ordinarily have no voice, a voice.
Please don't pass up this opportunity. Every week, you can click this link or dial 818-739-8909 to listen by phone and then dial 1 to join our on air discussion and let your voice be heard.
Officially the first Thursday of the New Year and God is still in control--no matter what the world looks like.
So many people are using up mental energy trying to keep resolutions when the resolution probably shouldn't have been made in the first place. The first thing we should do is to pray and seek God's directions for our lives and then we should establish goals-short-term goals and long-term goals, using the short-term ones to get there.
Life is a process and when we attempt to take short cuts, we circumvent the process and when we circumvent the process we put ourselves in a position to miss God's best for our lives.
I know many who think life is all about what they want and then they get angry when what they want always seems out of reach. Well, there are many things that we can have if we just take the time to do it all the way God puts it before us.
First things first--let's pray and thank God for health, strength, peace of mind and creativity flowing abundantly and favor with men in every venue of life.
Now, let's ask Him to pour into us, His wisdom and to keep our hearts and ears open to Him so we'll hear Him when He speaks.
My prayers always include thanksgiving for world peace and wisdom for all leaders. Without God's wisdom directing our leaders, peace will never be possible.
What are you praying for?

Renewable energy and energy efficiency are making more and more economic, as well as environmental sense each year. Nationally, natural gas has overtaken coal as the number one most commonly used fuel for generating electricity. How will these events shape the future of Tucson Electric Power’s energy portfolio? The company is on a path to reduce its overall coal generation capacity by 30 percent in less than 10 years by increasing renewable power, energy efficiency and natural-gas generation. However, solar and wind are not available at all times, so is it realistic to replace all the coal? How quickly can we replace it? How will they get from here to there? Join us to find out how TEP plans to diversify its portfolio while continuing to provide reliable electric service to more than 415,700 customers in southern Arizona. This show made possible due to the generous support of Tucson Electric Power.
There used to be a time when all knew and understood how we were to live and treat others, but that's changing and the world as we once knew it, will never be the same.
We discuss our changing world regarding family, politics, education, church, and The Word (not that The Word changes), or at least how some are trying to change The Word to accommodate their agendas to promote living in opposition to God.
This is not the first time and won't be the last time that people live like the devil and want everyone else to support their journey to hell.
