It's All For the Children
Children are the inheritance of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is His reward. Please consider the enormous responsibility involved in raising children in righteousness. There is no greater task required of man than to lead children in the right path and provide everything necessary for their growth and protection. God requires parents to raise their children in the fear of God and to protect them from all harm. But what are people to do when the culture and society is making room for things that debase and demoralize people? The present generations are witnessing terrible crimes and abuses of children and this is the rotting of the whole of society.

There is so much to talk about when it comes to spirituality. Which ofcourse means that we reached out to expert Dr. Rosie Kuhn for a third time! Luckily for all of us, she agreed to continue our conversation which we started with her multiple shows ago. This time she will help us address questions like:
What is spirituality?
Why is this an important topic for parents, grandparents, and for all of us?
What are some ways to clarify values for ourselves and our children?
How can we be in the world in such a way that children will follow our lead, and cultivate within themselves spiritual values and competencies?

High school reunions can be hazardous to a marriage in trouble, particularly when people run into old boyfriends and girlfriends. We often start thinking "What if I had married him instead? What if I had married her instead? What would my life be like? Would I be happier than I am now?" In later years, after a death or divorce ends a marriage, people often start looking up old flames. Facebook has been a common vehicle to find a long lost love from the past, and some have found that their old high school sweethearts still excite their interest. This could work if both people are single, but sometimes one party is married, and the surprise intrusion in their life could cause a problem, if they happen to be going through a rough period with their spouse. If you are unmarried, should you try to renew an old romance? Or is it best to move forward and discover someone new that is a truer reflection of the person you now are? Can you reconcile a past romance when there was a bad break up? How do you say "I'm sorry" to someone whose heart you may have broken? Can you rekindle an old flame? Should you even try? Today we explore the posibilities, with our co hosts Mark Shahid, Muneera Habeel, and our guest co-host Myeka Bevel.
