Root of the Rot IV: the Catholic Reformation and the heresies of Luther
While it is true that the Church at the time of Luther needed reforming, it wasn't a reform in the manner o the massive doctrinal upheaval that this wicked man wrought. Learn about how each heresy of Luther led to widespread problems we face in our society today. Also learn about the Church's fightback through the Council of Trent and the true "renaissance" it birthed.
Join us as His Excellency, Bishop Daniel Dolan, pastor of St. Gertrude the Great Catholic Church in West Chester, Ohio and host Stephen Heiner recount this important part of history that all Catholics should know.
Root of the Rot is a Production of the Restoration Radio Network. All Rights are Reserved.
About six months after Luther posted his 95 Theses on the front doors of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, he presented his doctrinal disputation to the Augustinian Order in Heidelberg, Germany. This is a timeless document that laid the foundation for Protestant doctrine and its primary principles have never been altered. This document is the very roots of the Protestant tree. The Reformed tradition has never strayed from its major tenets. To understand the Heidelberg Disputation is to understand all of the Reformed tradition.
Don't you need a spiritual 911? We all do, simply by crossing ourselves in saying "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit" + we "spiritually" dial into God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Think about it... when you call your grandmother, your wanting her to answer the phone so you can speak to her, and as soon as you dial in her number on your phone your asking for her to answer. When we make the sign of the cross, at Mass we are asking God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to be present with us at that very moment.
As Catholics, one of the main aspects of our faith is the Most Holy Eucharist - in saying that I am very sure that on your social media outlets, especially Facebook you have seen people posting "Eucharistic Miracles" and myself personally see so many posted that if I believed all of them I would think that our world is in perfect shape -it's not! There is a very strong and clear line between TRUTH and wanting FAME. In saying that we all need to learn what is truth and what is false.

Doing my best to help the Lord set the brushfires of freedom in the hearts of men and to restore America, God willing, to the beacon of freedom she was meant to be.
Politics: Patriot Act sunsets, USA FREEDOM rises and what does that mean?
Religion: Nancy Pelosi says gay "marriage" is consistent with catholic beliefs. She is wrong
Doing What's Right: Retired professor weighs in on trangenderism Here's a rebuttal (of sorts -although it was published in 2014 in response to a WSJ editorial piece by Dr. McHugh saying much the same thing.) the comments are very interesting. And the right thing is contained in one of those comments.
Here are the Patriot Post links to which I referred in the show:

Y he aquí vino una voz a él, diciendo: ¿Qué haces aquí, Elías?

Tonight I will discuss the upcoming role of African American in the new world order. The participation of African Americans in the new world order is meticulously described in the bible. However most African Americans are oblivious to their conspicuous presence in the bible and the part they will play in upcoming one world government. I have evidence that this one world government will soon become a political reality. Prosperity preachers neglect to instruct their congregations on the most important event soon to occur. It is bad business to teach the truth. However the truth will set you free. So Get a cup of coffee, sit back and relax as I attempt to set you free with revelation I received from the testimony of Jesus concerning the impending one world government spoken of in the book of revelation. What exactly is the prophesized destiny of African Americans within the context of the new world order? What will happen to African Americans when a new one world government is inaugurated upon the earth? When will this new order and one world government become a political reality? Where exactly is the new world order discussed in the bible? Tonight I will break down the meaning of revelation chapter 17 and chapter 13 and its relevance to African Americans today. Reading scriptures in the bible is one thing. To understand what you are reading is another. The names of current day nations and current day people will be identified and matched up with the nations and people spoken of in the bible. You should see where your name is mentioned in scripture and what was prophesized concerning your future. I will discuss who African American are, where they came from, how they got to America, who brought African Americans to North America and why and what has been designed for African Americans in the upcoming new world order.
