HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY AND START OF THE NEW YEAR
Just for Christmas... NBC News correspondent and former Middle East Bureau Chief, Martin Fletcher, joins World Footprints to share his new book, Walking Israel. Fletcher’s book chronicles his adventures and insights as he walked along the coast of Israel meeting people and immersing himself in his surroundings. We will discuss some of the misperceptions that some have of Israel and why a visit to the historic country is worth considering.
Then, the art of human rights in the African Nation of Eritrea takes center stage as we introduce you to artist and activist Elsa Gebreyesus who is using her art to encourage hope, preserve history and fight political oppression across an ocean.
Finally, “Who-ville” comes alive and everyone from Horton to the Cat in the Hat raises awareness of a variety of social issues when curator Bill Dreyer takes us inside the art of Ted Geisel (Dr. Seuss). Dreyer represents the Art of Dr. Seuss and he will tell us why Dr. Seuss was ahead of his time with his art and its commentary on everything from discrimination, the environment, to the state of the economy.

Each system, cell, and atom is in constant communication with each other at all times. Through exposure to the stresses of day-to-day life, however, these lines of communication can become compromised or disconnected, which then
leads to a decline in physical, emotional and/or mental well-being.
Dr. Holman believes that understanding yourself at a deeper level, such as your belief systems and how you got to where you are is crucial to optimal health and healing. Her job is to help you understand where these belief systems came from and how you can release them.
On this segment Dr. Holman will be addressing the Urinary system as it relates to kidney issues, UTI, incontinence and more. She will be discussing how beliefs and emotions can become trapped, break the lines of communication and cause these physical issues.
"To gain wisdom we must have knowledge and experience, to have knowledge and experience we must first be aware and to be aware we must have acceptance of our fear, worry, anger, sadness and grief.
– Dr. Melinea Holman

It took Catherine (Cat) Brubaker and Dan Zimmerman 5 months and 5,300 miles to cross the USA (diagonally) on recumbent trikes. Blowouts, tumbles, and close encounters with bears and wild turkeys still left plenty of time to meet folks at the heart of our country. It also left time to get lost in one's own mind.
Cat and Dan rode to raise awareness for TBI and for Stroke, but I wonder what awareness they discovered within themsleves along their journey. And, I mean to find out. :)
Every TBI survivor and caregiver has encountered a fork in the road that has diverted his or her life-plan. A car accident, a fall from the roof, doing one more chin-up, or a door literally slamming one in the face are just some causes of traumatic brain injury. College plans, walking down the aisle in the perfect dress, or the coveted job quickly slip from reality as dreams turn to struggle. These unexpected life-happenings that divert one from his or her chosen path in life can be devastating. But as Yogi Berra once said, "If you come to a fork in the road, take it." Life is all about choices!

The Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour is a real, live call-in show where the general public gets a chance to ask about actual problems with love, career, and spiritual protection, and we recommend and fully describe hoodoo rootwork spells to address, ameliorate, and remediate their issues. We begin this show with a Discussion Panel focussed on the topic of Tying and Cursing Nature. You will learn a lot just by listening -- but if you call in and your call is selected, you will get a free consultation from three of the finest workers in the field, cat yronwode, ConjureMan Ali, and a special guest from AIRR, Miss Aida.
Steve, an etheric healer with over 25 years experience, will work with the callers to help improve their physical and / or emotional well-being.
Talking with Steve allows him to connect to your etheric body. He can then scan it to find problem areas and help remove them.
Some of the things he has successfully helped others with include: stress relief, sciatica, sinus congestion, migraines, tendinitis, burns, lung congestion, bronchitis, headache, gout, kidney stones, joint pain, muscle pain, breast cancer, pain caused by cancer and its treatment, pain and inflammation reduction after surgery, and much more. Generally, if Steve can feel it in the etheric, he can help.
The purpose of channel is to assist humanity in learning how to apply the teachings and wisdom of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha. Many are searching for the deep love, forgiveness, compassion and light with which the Divine Channels offer their teaching and guidance. They will need the practical techniques but will return for their love, forgiveness, compassion, and light.
About Master Robyn Rice:
When I met Master Sha, I realized what I had been missing in my healing practices was the focus on the soul. Master Sha’s teachings have empowered me to help so many experience miraculous results in an amazingly short period of time.
Master Sha is the most amazing example of an unconditional universal servant for us all. Master Sha offers so much love, compassion and hope to humanity and all souls. It is such an honor to be able to share Master Sha’s profound wisdom and teachings with humanity at this time of great need. I have always had a very special connection with animals and love spending time with them. Even as a child i found animals to be fascinating to watch, observe and interact with. It is one of my deepest desire to care for animals.
Not only did Master Sha offer me the wisdom and techniques to help me empower others to heal themselves but he also offered me many special blessings so that I was able to offer Divine healing blessings to humanity and animals.
The longer I have studied with Dr and Master Zhi Gang Sha, the more wisdom and soul healing miracles I and my animals have experienced. I am forever grateful that Master Sha has not only saved my life but he has also saved May - my dog's life. He also prolonged my beautiful cat, Uma's life; she lived until 21.5 years of age and received many blessings along the way.

BLOODTHINNERS”-do they really thin the blood?
It has become common practice to give elderly human, baby aspirin daily for the purpose of thinning their blood.
Now what does it mean: “thinning the blood?”
How can aspirin thin the blood? Well, it does not. What we call blood thinners are medi-sins that prevent blood from coagulating.
What are the side effects of daily aspirin usage?
Stomach ulcers, intestinal bleeding, increased risk of pancreatic cancer, kidney damages, eye damages…
The benefits of blood thinning therapy taken from Dr. Mercola site;
Study Comparing Blood-Thinning Therapies to no Antithrombotic Therapy
• Participants included 279 patients who were diagnosed with heart failure that required diuretic therapy
• Participants were divided into three groups, aspirin therapy, warfarin therapy and no antithrombotic therapy
Results of the Study
• Aspirin and warfarin didn't provide the patients with any valuable health benefits
• There didn't appear to be any substantial differences of incidences of death, nonfatal heart attacks or nonfatal stroke in the three groups of the study
• Patients in the aspirin group had increased chances of experiencing serious gastrointestinal problems
• Patients in the aspirin therapy group were twice as likely as the patients in the warfarin group to face hospitalization for cardiovascular complications, particularly worsening cases of heart failure during the first 12 months following the study
If you want to thin the blood isn’t it normal that you reach for water first?
