    Casey Weston Live

    in Military

Join us this week as we welcome country music singer songwriter, Casey Weston. Casey is recognized as one of the young stars whose combination of talent, personality and charisma helped launch the hit television show The Voice. While on the voice Casey was called “little Stevie Nicks” by pop music star Cee Lo Green; lauded by country music star Blake Shelton and told she was a musical “Bad Ass destined to be a star” by her coach and mentor Adam Levine. Casey has written, produced and released two albums; a self-titled release at the end of 2009 with 10 tracks and the second at the end of February of 2013; a 13 track album called Find the Moon. Both albums contain music & lyrics that Casey wrote or co-wrote. Both albums are available through iTunes, CD Baby and other popular digital & physical music distribution outlets. In 2015 Casey is releasing the single Fallin for a Lie, and then her next full album, Young Heart. Casey may be young but her work ethic and performance experience help her project a welcome balance of youthful energy and a road-tested touring musician and performer. We will talk to Casey about her upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at her music, feature her latest songs, and ask her to share her message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Casey Weston at http://caseyweston.com/ and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and speak live with Casey during the show (718) 766-4193. If you would like to participate in the live chat during the show, you must sign up on the show site first and then log in during the show. And as always we will give shout outs to our deployed military listeners. Be sure to join us, Sunday 4/19/2015 at 4 PM EDT! Our message to the troops....WE do what we do, because YOU do what you do.

Casey Ward- Mike Pettit- Kevin Pyramids on Mars

    in Entertainment

Welcome to the show...Hammer is giving you a double-shot of greatness you won't want to miss...

Indie-Author and Publisher Mike Pettit is a best-seller of over twenty novels to his credit. He spent many years in little known back-water ports around Asia and the Caribbean, learning and applying the rules of international duplicity, double dealing and knowing when to run. Believe only half of what you see, and nothing of what you are told; survival goes in the plus column. At home on Florida’s emerald Coast, Mike spends his time writing Mystery Suspense and Thriller novels. Stories of lost honor, stolen money, danger coming at you like a tracer round; where the good guy doesn’t always win, and the bad guy isn’t always who you think it is.

Casey Ward (entrepreneur and business owner) has always loved to write. Her stories are reflective of her careers in the diverse fields of Antiques, Veterinary Medicine, and the Fashion Industry. Her knowledge and experience of these areas, provide a constant stream of ideas to build her stories around. Casey has lived on both Coasts and in Hawaii for several years, but her Midwestern roots drew her back to the Kansas City area to live and raise her family.

"Pyramids on Mars is the embodiment of who I am, really. My musical influences, my philosophies on life, the universe and our place in it." Kevin went on to say, “I have always been attracted to space, and a lot of my sound is influenced from my childhood growing up in the '70's. Some of my favorite TV shows back then were Star Trek and Space: 1999. Plus I am a huge Rush and Pink Floyd fan! Thus I use a lot of analog synthesizers like the Minimoog and Oberheim Polyphonic. Predominant of the '70's era and used exclusively by those bands. They are just so warm and mysterious sounding, they resonate with me."
