Tonight we will try to figure out why this got so big so tune in from 7pm to 9pm central time.

Alec Williams the host from Waking Up w/ ace is partnering with Mike Valverde the host of BTA: Fantasy Warriors, Pop Fly Boys, and Fantasy Five to give you the insight in the world of sports. Alec Williams is a 23 year old young man that was born in Washington DC. However, grew up in Florida. Played all type of sports growing up. Currently working with reel recruits as a scout/agent for high school athletes. Huge Wizards, Nationals, Redskins, Capitals, and Seminoles fan. Loves debating sports with friends; and occasionally writing about it as well.
I grew up in the Bay Area until he was about to hit 21, and ready to finally to drink his ass-off, when his parents decided to move to a ghost town where the population size was below zero. It was a huge culture shock, as the few places that the town did have closed early, because the owner had to go home and farm, or milk Bessie. It was his love for fantasy sports that made the whole thing bearable, and that passion continues on today. I have been involved in fantasy sports, I have drafted teams in the NFL, MLB, NBA, but also the NHL, PGA, and college sports. My passion has always been football though, and entered my first league over 25 years ago. You will see my many articles scattered over the internet, as I also like to write. In any case, I want this show to be informative, fun, and get the listener excited about the world of sports, and if I don’t do that, blame my co-host Ace.
Our conversation with Janet Richmond tonight is about healing, altered realities we create, and emotional blueprints.

It is commonly believed that focusing your attention more intently on positive or inspiring thoughts will eliminate the negative in your life. This is not the case. To see where the dilemma lies, it’s important to first understand the nature of thought. Once created, thought energy cannot be destroyed. However, it can be transformed. It can be neutralized into a balanced state: neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’ but neutral. This eliminates its magnetic charge and renders it harmless.
Neutralizing is the missing piece to the Law of Attraction puzzle and anyone can learn this valuable tool. Since 2006, Janet Richmond has made it her life's work to promote this technique. She offers many ways to begin Neutralizing; from her book CHOICES - Neutralizing Your Negative Thoughts and Emotional Blueprints, to her weekly radio show on Blog Talk radio, Private sessions, Meetups and Catalytic Art. Janet is also finishing her second book, SOUL PSYCHOLOGY, and will be hosting online workshops in the near future.
"I have moved out into the world in order to share the effective ways we can change our lives. I have moved from feeling like a victim to knowing I am the creator of my present and future. It is something everyone can do, no special skills required. Everyone carries all we need inside, the Divine Light (our Pure Soul Essence), which allows us to heal ourselves. I am thrilled to pass this knowledge on to others. Hope is here." Janet Richmond
It's cold outside, but the Frat House Sports crew is back behind the microphones & they are heated and raring to go!
This week in sports, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell addresses the Adrian Peterson case, ruling that he's suspended without pay for the remainder of the season, with no chance of reinstatement before April 15, 2015. Has Goodell started a firestorm with this among the NFL players? Has he gone too far this time?
In baseball, Florida Marlins sign Giancarlo Stanton for 13 years and $325 million. Is that a huge deal, or have the Marlins built his contract with money-saving meassuresback-loading the deal? By doing so, will they open their payroll up to snag some other big players?
On the court, the Philadelphia 76ers are dismal. With no wins on the season so far, it appears to many that the team is intentionally tanking the season to bolster their future draft picks. Even when playing WELL, the team manages to lose. Should the NBA step in on this?
NASCAR wrapped up their season with the finale at Homestead Miami, and Kevin Harvick as champion. Is the controversial championship format here to stay?
We've got "4 Minutes of Football" looking at the issues with the Redskins; how the Bills are dealing with the record snowfall in Buffalo; and Marshawn Lynch’s good deed of the day!
Be sure to catch the guys' picks in the Week 12 "pick 'em" games: Cincinnati Bengals - Houston Texans; St. Louis Rams - San Diego Chargers; Dallas Cowboys - New York Giants; Baltimore Ravens - New Orleans Saints.

Well, the two stories or the two events that would seem to top the American news cycle as of today, November 20th, 2014 are President Obama's planned speech tonight on "Immigration Reform", better called in effect amnesty, and on the impending grand jury decision in Ferguson, Missouri involving Officer Darren Wilson and the Michael Brown shooting. So today, I'm not taking a total break from the Christian stuff, the biblical stuff, or the cultural stuff as I'll try to fit in a story or two along those lines as well. But as our nation watches these two events, we watch, we pray, and I'll throw my two cents in. In my case it's probably more one quarter of one cent that I'll weigh in with. But nevertheless, that's the show today at 3:30 Eastern time live, as again I have a committment later in the day, so starting one hour early today. But as always, for those who listen on the archives, which is most of you, the show is avaliable whenver you wish to listen.
