Researchers at the Univerysity of Alberrta in Edmonton Canada, said they cured cancer, yet there is a little ripple in the news or on TV. The drug used can not be patented because it has too much natural Mother Nature involved and you can't patent Mother Nature. However the pharmaceutical drugs, radiation and chemo-therapy bring in the big bucks for Big Pharma and they will not be giving that up.
In order for there to be Health and Wellness there must be balance; poor health means the body will have a chemical imbalance that can very easily develop into a disease state. It typically takes 7-10 years for cells to become mutated enough to be diagnosed as cancerous. Based on Western Medicine standards, this classifies it as a Chronic Condition. So, why the big rush, fear, and fatalism associated with cancer? Simply, it's because we're habituated into this response. If you simply look at the cancer industry size, it's a VERY profitable business model. Fear sells in medical. Cancer is not a death sentence. It's the result of stress, internal congestion, poor metabolism, anemic conditions, hormonal instabilities, etc. Let us together reclassify this all too common problem, as it has left the realm of "I have a friend whose mom died of cancer", to "My sister, my friend, and 2 grandparents all had cancer." Additionally, we want you to know how to navigate the emotional roller coaster this journey is, giving you the skills to handle it gracefully, without entering crisis mode. However you choose to heal, if you or someone you love is experiencing cancer, let's get some tools together for the journey. Take your time and allow it to unfold. You may be surprised at the talents you have uncovered once it is all over.
Feng Shui is an ancient art of of placement to enhance the flow of 'chi' or universal life force, in an environment. It is the belief that how items are placed in living and work areas affect the health, wellbeing and success of those who live and work there. In Feng Shui, fresh, clean, moving water, good air quality, a balance of dark and light, soft and hard, all facilitate the flow of beneficial chi.
Please join us Monday at 8:30 pm Eastern, where Mindy and René will be discussing Feng Shui, Color Therapy and Aromatherapy.
We will be taking your calls to help you find the answers you seek and to help you find ways to bring your chi back into balance.

Join Mark for an educational show that will help you know some of the things you should look for after your cancer treatments. Chris O’Donnell has starred in major movies such as ’Scent of a Woman’, “Three Musketeers” and ‘Batman Forever’, just to name a few. He is currently starring in NCIS: Los Angeles.
But by far his favorite and most important role is that of ‘dad” to his five kids, all of whom play youth sports. Chris knows what it’s like being in the stands watching and cheering on his kids. He’s also witnessed the lack of sportsmanship which has become more and more prevalent in youth sports, oftentimes among parents and coaches.
The actor joins Ask MomRN Show to tell us about a program to bring sportsmanship to the forefront in all youth sports.
We're also talking about Blood Cancer Awareness Month, Multiple Sclerosis, Hereditary Angioedema, the No Kid Hungry campaign with Food Network star Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, Teen Entreprenuership, and a couple of cool contests you can enter with Newman's Own and Doritos.
