My brother Filip Pesek from Slovenia is a leader, college student, and incredibly successful entrepreneur.  This conversation with a star from Generation Next will focus on how he views leadership, why he's choosing the entrepreneurship path so early, and what he needs everyone to know and understand about like-minded individuals such as himself.  I am definitely looking forward to this conversation!

So, Indiana makes a move to protect  businesses from being destroyed AND protect my right to believe what I want. And to participate in what I want. And to NOT participate in things I don't. Wow... earth-shattering! today's show is sure to make some peoples head catch fire. But what I hope is that by the end of the hour reasonable people can come together and behave reasonably.

Our Life with Dr Roderick Van Daniel

    in Motivation

I live in urban American in Birmingham, Alabama in the inner city located in the Southside as they say. I grew up in rural America in Aberdeen, Mississippi in the city part of town called the Southside as well. Interesting where life places you on your journey. I am proud to be from Aberdeen, Mississippi and the Southside; it made me who I am. I am always continuing to find a way to better myself each day. I have a lot of dreams and aspirations. I have accomplish many but many more to achieve. I love helping people if it is in my ability but I am not a pushover by any means. I thank God for all things in my life from the negative to the positive because without all the bad and good; I would not be who I am. Of course, I love sports and my family.

Striving to help athletes accomplish their
dreams in sports and in life. Encouraging
youth to believe in their quest of life from
sports, reading, family, and growth as a
    person.

This is a quote that I found that I believe
is so true in our life:

    "Surround yourself
with the dreamers and doers, the belivers
and thinkers, but most of all surround
yourself with those who see greatness within
you even when you don't see it."

HOW DISCIPLINED IS YOUR LIFE IN RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR DREAM?

    in Business

DOES YOUR LIFE AND YOUR DREAM MATCH???

Where people hear the term DISCIPLINE, they immediately think of long hard
    struggling and effort.

No personal success, achievement, or goal, can be realized without self-discipline.  It is singularly the most important attribute needed to achieve any type of personal excellence, athletic excellence, virtuosity in the arts, or otherwise outstanding performance.

    What is self-discipline?

It is the ability to control one's impulses, emotions, desires and behavior. It is being able to turn down immediate pleasure and instant gratification in favor of gaining the long-term satisfaction and fulfillment from achieving higher and moremeaningful goals.
