Alright alright, here we go week 1 in College Football folks doesn't get much better than this right here. Gonna go through my top 5 for Saturday and maybe sneak in a little big Orange talk (for my fellow Tennessee fans out there). Come On Campus with us, you won't regret it!
Tonight's episode will start off a little different. This is a college football show, however the news surrounding the NFL cannot go unnoticed and without at least being talked about so we will discuss a couple of topics then move into Week 3 of the college football season. Can Georgia take down South Carolina on the road? Are UCLA or USC on upset alert this weekend? And how will Tennessee fair in Norman when they take on the Sooners in prime time? We will discuss all these things tonight so join me ON CAMPUS, we may even get a visit from Tarvino, host of Weigh In Sports!
Rebecca Pearce is responsible for driving the sustainability agenda in the EMEA region for CBRE, the worlds largest property services company. Rebecca leads sustainability strategy development and implementation, aligning their specialist teams across the region and embedding sustainability across the business to support clients throughout the property lifecycle. Rebecca works across all CBRE teams to create practical sustainability strategies for their clients to add value to their portfolio and their business. She also oversees the company’s regional corporate responsibility policy and commitments to environmental sustainability.
Rebecca is a qualified Architect, educated in Australia and UK, and has considerable international experience in the construction and property sector. She joined CBRE EMEA after 3.5 years in CBRE’s Pacific region where she established and headed up client sustainability services, and drove many of the company’s corporate commitments. Under her direction, CBRE New Zealand was awarded “Sustainability Initiative of the Year” at the RICS New Zealand Awards 2012.

2 years in the Middle East working with Sustainability Advisory Group
co-leadership of Westpac Banking Corporation’s Sustainability Strategy
Director of a medium sized Architecture practice in UK and subsequent leadership roles in architecture in Australia
In 2012 Rebecca was recognized with the Baulderstone Award for Contribution to Sustainability by the National Association of Women in Construction (Australia).
Rebecca is married and lives with her husband in London.
Today Laura Theodore, the Jazzy Vegetarian welcomes Dr. Richard Oppenlander author of Food Choice and Sustainability and Comfortably Unaware: Global Depletion and Food Choice Responsibility. We’ll discuss responsible food choices and how these choices impact our environment! Dr. Richard Oppenlander is a sustainability consultant, researcher, and author whose award winning book, Comfortably Unaware has been endorsed by Ellen DeGeneres, Dr. Jane Goodall, and Dr. Neal Barnard. Dr. Oppenlander's newest book titled, Food Choice and Sustainability: Why Buying Local, Eating Less Meat, and Taking Baby Steps Won’t Work, has won the 2014 International Book Award and the 2014 Green Book Festival Award. Dr. Oppenlander is a lecturer on food choice and how it relates to sustainability and served as the lead consultant for two new full-length environmental documentary films. He also serves as an advisor to world hunger projects in developing countries and with municipalities in the U.S. Dr. Oppenlander has spent the past 40 years studying the effects food choices have on our planet and on us. He started an organic plant based food company, operates an animal rescue sanctuary (with his wife Jill), and is the founder of the non-profit organization, Inspire Awareness Now.

James Fitzgerald IV and John N. a.k.a. NJ along with TP Tymeless as we get your sport appetite ready for the College/University Gridiron atmosphere. Among most of the talk is: Power Conferences, Heisman hopefuls, teams to watch for, and new faces to come up in the Top 25 as some of the quality Food For Thought comes back at you out of that Sport City Chefs Kitchen....
