Women Stories of Challenge in Business: Women in Business 3 Day Summit

    in Business

Join us and be Energized! Reignite your Spirit of Entrepreneurship! and Rejuvenate your Passion!

This 3 days radio summit is hosted by Dr. Cottle and is intended to inspire and motivate women entrepreneurs; especially at this stage of our business cycle.

Our speakers are women in business leaders who have had some challenges to deal with during the course of their entrepreneurial journey that threatened the survival of their businesses — and have been where you are today in your business. However, with the right attitude and strategies they were able to overcome the challenges and take their businesses forward. We do not always have to create the wheel. While trial-and-error is a way to learn, it can also be time consuming and very costly. There is a better way to learn — learn from the lived experience of others. Join our “Learning Circle” on Tuesday  21st, Wednesday 22nd, and Thursday 23th  — 3 days of sharing.

Our speakers are pioneers in the field of entrepreneurship, role models, mentors and women leaders to thousands of women globally — and you too can benefit from their knowledge and expertise. Each of them excitedly accepted my invitation to participate in this radio summit to facilitate the motivation, development and empowerment of women, through entrepreneurship and women leadership.

Guest: Dr. Cesily De' Angelo, Deborah Lange, Deborah St Hiliare, Sharita Phillip and V Lynn Hawkins.

How to Embrace Not Fitting In

    in Business

Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Michelle Bergquist, your host of Women Who Lead, interviews Heather Furby, Co-Founder & CEO of Cause and Success.

One of the underlying thoughts of most of the people I work with is "I just don't fit in!" it becomes a silent mantra that ends up controlling their lives. Most of the women didn't fit in as kids because they were into science and math...or something techy...or they liked dirt bikes and camping! Then, they follow their hearts and enter into technology...only to not fit in b/c they are women. So, they end up feeling victimized b/c they are "the only woman in the room" - they are tired, worn down and ready to toss their career for something else...ANYTHING else...just to feel what it's like to "fit in."

Heather is an entrepreneur and author. Heather is dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in technology learn to navigate the special needs of todays business. I bridge the gap between HOW to succeed and WHO is succeeding - meaning skill set, mind set and strategy.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Connected Women of Influence, Michelle Bergquist is a passionate advocate for women in business. At Connected Women of Influence, we believe that more women need to lead in business and everything we do is center-focused on designing platforms, programs, connections and collaborative opportunities for b2b women to prosper, succeed and lead the way in business today!
