If you can’t measure it, don’t do it. The Action Selling training system includes training measurement reporting that compares before, during and after scores on all of the Critical Selling Skills = Sample Reports. You’ll know who’s learning it and who’s applying it. If selling isn’t a process, it continues to be a problem. Action Selling is the best documented sales process. This makes it easy to learn and reinforce. Based on sound logic, Action Selling helps salespeople walk the customer through their buying process.
On Wednesdays, we (me) have decided to let our hair down to give you producers and small business owners something to laugh about. We can talk about the crazy things you seen (I know...the grammar) in business since last Wednesday.
Don't be using know real first and last names on my show. You don't want to be sued or lose money because you clowning somebody on my show.

Focus. Focus. Focus.
Many first-time entrepreneurs feel the need to jump at every "opportunity" they come across. Opportunities are often wolves in sheep's clothing. Avoid getting side-tracked. Juggling multiple ventures will spread you thin and limit both your effectiveness and productivity. Do one thing perfectly, not 10 things poorly. If you feel the need to jump onto another project, that might mean something about your original concept.
Know what you do. Do what you know.
Don't start a business simply because it seems sexy or boasts large hypothetical profit margins and returns. Do what you love. Businesses built around your strengths and talents will have a greater chance of success. It's not only important to create a profitable business, it's also important that you're happy managing and growing it day in and day out. If your heart isn't in it, you will not be successful.
No, I'm not your mother. However, I promise that you will be much more productive when you take better care of yourself. Entrepreneurship is a lifestyle, not a 9-to-5 profession. Working to the point of exhaustion will burn you out and make you less productive. Don't make excuses. Eat right, exercise and find time for yourself.
Don't fall victim to your own B.S.
Don't talk the talk unless you can walk the walk. Impress with action not conversation. Endorse your business enthusiastically, yet tastefully. Avoid exaggerating truths and touting far reaching goals as certainties. In short, put up or shut up.
As we settle into the cosmic shifts that have been taking place, this is the time to integrate them into all aspects of our lives - including business. Technology, coupled with transformational energies, have presented us with new ways of doing business. We will discuss one way, Social Entrepreneurship, that is generating wealth while making our world a better place to live.

But the process is more important than the purpose.
Mention the word process to any launch team, and you are likely to hear: “Who needs processes? Don’t we have enough to deal with already with trying to get this product out the door, and now we have to create and follow some convoluted, bureaucratic process? By the time we do all of that paperwork to figure out the process and follow the process, the launch could be done!”
Whether you are part of a large launch team or a lonely entrepreneur launching your first product, having a simple process will, believe it or not, save you time and sanity in the long run. By its nature, launching is chaotic. Often, people don’t know where to start. Do I do market research first? When do I write marketing materials? Do I wait until the product completes the final testing? It seems as if everything happens at once.
