Human Early Stages of Development From Hominids to Homo Sapiens

    in Religion

National Geographic world history textbook states; Although modern science has given more precise methods for examing the prehistory of humankind than we have ever had before, much of our understanding of early humans still depends on guesswork. (in prehistory people live  and die without record made of their lives). The rate of new discoveries of the current theory of early human life might be changed in a few years. Tim Aldred said we only have history as real source to enlighten us about the early human ancestors, because none of them live to see our day. Our observation of history must be done  with intellectual skills and sound judgment. History says that we came from Hominids to Homo Sapiens. The earliest humanlike creatures lived in Africa; as long as three to four millions  years ago (who denies that?)  Called Australopithecines, or otherwise called "southern apes."The discoverer is Donald Johanson, his research shows they flourished in eastern  and southern Africa. The were the first hominids (humans and other creatures that walk upright) to make simple stone stools.

    Celebrating the warriors..

    in Spirituality

Over the last 20 plus years I studied and received guidance and the nature of life: God, spirit, heaven, hell, judgment, and life between lives. I read hundreds of books, took shaman journeys, channeled various spirit guides, lead past life and between life regressions.  Now it is time for me to give to you the TRUTH as it has been presented to me.  You may not agree with all I say, but keep an open mind and heart to what resonates with your soul.

As an empath and channel I give soul readings. I read your soul to help you with the: why, when, where and how’s of life purpose. I help you discover any personal beliefs and fears that are limiting you. I delve into your past lives and what effect they have on manifesting what you want.

The focus of readings and coaching is on how to manifest in these areas: spiritually conscious business development, life purpose, healthy living, relationships, and spirituality. I use my gifts and training as an empath, hypnotherapist, and channel. I use therapeutic meditations.  Assisting me to give you the guidance you need our spirit teachers and guides.

I will also present articles from various sources that, give advice, inspire and entertain.  Laughter is a key in all healing.

CUTV News Radio spotlights Sehaam Caselberg of SC Coaching & Consulting

    in Business

Winnetka, IL – Recent Gallup study figures estimate that 70 percent of the workforce is disengaged and only 1 in 10 people naturally know how to motivate their team. So what is the actual cost of a disengaged workforce?

Companies fold because of poor leadership, and each year, billions of dollars are wasted hiring the wrong people and not developing the right ones. That translates into missed opportunities, not seeing where an organization can be innovative and lean to remain ahead of its competition. The response has equally been shortsighted; businesses often implement new strategies that do not last and lose money hand over fist.

Sehaam Caselberg is the founder of SC Coaching and Consulting, where she specializes in organizational culture revitalization and transformation. As an expert in organizational development, Sehaam focuses on aligning the values of a company’s people with its overall strategy.

“Employees look to senior management to model the way,” explains Sehaam. “If we can’t align our decision making with our values, we’re compromising ourselves, we can’t make good decisions. We need to be able to identify with the culture of the organization. If I can’t do that and I’m leading other people, they can’t do it either.”

Sehaam works with senior leaders and their teams to establish a foundation and hold them accountable to the values they say are important to them.

“My role is to be a mirror and challenge them when I am observing behavior that doesn’t correspond to their values. Behavior shifts need to be embedded in an organization’s culture if they are to stick.”

    in Entrepreneur

Statistics say that only 12% of women business owners make it to 6-figure ($100k per year revenues) and only 4% make it to 7-figures ($1M+ revenue per year).  Felicia Lee answers these questions...

What are some of the barriers that you have seen to break six or seven figures marks?
What do successful women do they do that others don't?
What are the foundational elements of growing a six or seven figure company?
Should all businesses aim to grow?
I want to become a CEO and not stay in COE mode, what should I do first?

Felicia is a Business Coach and founder of Candeo Business Coaching (www.candeo.ca).  She supports business owners to achieve predictable business growth, and works with clients who are profitable but plateaued to create scalable business models to move beyond trading time for money.  In essence, she helps entrepreneurs shift from being COEs (Chief of Everything) to CEOs.  Felicia is skilled in creative problem solving, and has a natural ability in inspiring her clients to take their business and professional development to the next level.  Her experience includes building and bringing new services and products into markets, creating business models for licensing, building networks and connections for entrepreneurs, and being a mother to two amazing daughters.  She holds an Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
