Regular listeners will recognize this topic. I have discussed why these bulk sales of foreclsoures are a bad idea. Now some others agree and are adding some other good reasons to the pot.

When Does Surveillance Become Stalking?
What is Surveillance?
Surveillance is the close observation of a person, place, or object. It is the practice of watching a subject in order to document and identify any of the contact, interactions, or whereabouts of the subject. Surveillance investigations can include:
Missing person searches
Cheating spouse investigations
Worker's compensation cases
Surveillance is a critical skill for any private investigator (PI). In our investigative agency, over half our cases, from criminal defense to personal injury, require some degree of surveillance. For PIs who specialize in insurance or infidelity investigations, surveillance can be the bulk of their work.

The Camino de Santiago (also known as The Way, Camino Francés and others) – the 500-mile path that starts just over the border of Spain in St. Jean Pied de Port, France. From there, the Camino winds through 4 of Spain’s 15 different regions.
First, travelers make the grueling trek up and over the Pyrenees Mountains, and descend into Navarra – a vibrant, green expanse of mountainous highlands and home to the famous Running of the Bulls in Pamplona. Next, they pass through La Rioja – full of rich vineyards that produce the wine for which this small region is famous. The bulk of the Camino passes through Castilla y León – in which lies a terrain that many find to be the most challenging – the Meseta. This flat, seemingly endless landscape of green and wheat colored crops is said to remove all external distraction, leaving a pilgrim with only their thoughts for company.
A rare few do the Camino in as little as 20 days, trekking close to 25 miles a day. The majority of pilgrims take between 4 and 6 weeks to walk the entire 500-mile journey. Though it is traditional to walk the Camino on foot, some elect to do it by bicycle or horse. Whatever one’s method of transportation, whichever Camino one chooses to do, and however fast one’s pace is, each of the millions who have stepped foot on the Camino feel its inexplicable magic and are forever changed by it.
Don't miss another special 'Camino' show with Christopher and his good friend, Jean Callanan, who has traveled the Camino, and will be sharing some advice on how to prepare for your Camino, some great websites, books and other valuable Camino resources! Jean will also recount some of her fondest day-to-day memories of life while on the Camino. This is the 2nd time Jean joins us for another uplifting Camino chat!

The Society of St. Andrew was formed in 1979 as an intentional community of two families called to life and ministry together. It has grown into an ecumenical, non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to leading others into lives of faithful community and service.
Since its founding in 1979, the Society of St. Andrew has worked to fulfill the mandate of the Gospel in lives by striving to adhere to the words of 1 John 3:18:
Let us love not only in words,
but in deed and in truth.
The mission of the Society of St. Andrew is to introduce people to God's grace through meeting their hungers:
Food for the body
God's word for the spirit
Community of love for the heart
Opportunity for those who desire action

Michael sits down with New American Foundation's Open Technology Institute Policy Counsel, Robyn Greene. The two talk about surveillance and the USA Freedom Act, a bill to end bulk collection. The discussion includes explaining various Patriot Act powers such as 215 orders and 702 as well as the structure of the FISA court. They also discuss Executive Order 12333 from the Reagan Administration which also allows for the bulk collection.
See OTI’s National Insecurity Event to learn more about the impact that these programs have, and visit the Open Technology Institute to learn more.
The interview took place on July 23rd 2014
There are no ifs, ands, or butts about it: even if you work your glutes regularly, what woman doesn’t want to make her rear view tighter, smaller, and sexier? Unfortunately, building the butt of your dreams is no easy task. Women often store fat in their lower body, which means it’s generally the last place we lose extra weight. Women also tend to want to cardio away to “get a butt” rather then put in the time under the iron, but as you’ll read, the clear path to a better booty isn’t going to be found on the treadmill or the elliptical, but on the gym floor, under a barbell.
It’s important to understand the muscles in the glutes, before you can understand how to work them. The Gluteus Maximus is the largest and most superficial of the gluteal muscles and forms the bulk of the buttock mass. The Gluteus Medius is largely covered by the gluteus maximus; and the Gluteus Minimus is the smallest and deepest of the gluteal muscles. Many muscles, such as the Iliocostalis Lumborum, Multifius and Quadratus Lumborum, Iliopsa also insert into and around the pelvis and play a role in how glutes “appear”, usually by contributing the positioning of the pelvic tilt etc. To shape the perfect glutes, you have to target your butt from many angles and there are a variety of exercises and activities that you can do to hit and develop each of the gluteal muscles for that desired perfection. For example, the Gluteus Maximus is worked through extension of the thigh; the Gluteus Medius is worked through adduction and lateral rotation of the thigh; and the Gluteus Minimus is worked the same as the gluteus medius.
Terri’s life theme has been that of change and a continuous evolution. Through this profound way of life, she was exposed to the experience of living in every situation imaginable from homelessness and poverty in childhood to wealth for a period of time, and just about else everything in between.
Variety has also penetrated the roles Terri has experienced in life. She has walked the path of pain, loneliness and depression, but also enlightenment and that of an inner, peaceful spirit. Her roles in life have covered a broad spectrum ranging from wife and mother to that of a struggling single empty nester. She has been a performer, writer, subordinate and leader. As a nurse she felt privileged to love people through their last breaths, and as a teacher, help adults raise self-esteem through finding their fullest potential. Pursuing the bulk of her higher education later in life, she is presently completing a second master’s degree in preparation for licensure to practice psychotherapy. In the meantime, she volunteers educating the community about Alzheimer’s disease, running support groups and volunteering in community organizations with the intent to help work towards alleviating hunger.
Spiritually, Terri claims no religious affiliations, but strongly embraces the teachings of Christ and Buddha. She is a sensitive, but chooses not to pursue an external metaphysical focus except for encouraging people to find and exist through their own spirituality.
I want to finish up last week's discussion on starting fires and purchasing and storing bulk dry foods and medicines.
