What if you looked at yourself and the way you treat YOU and your body through different eyes? Are you ready to accept the awareness that you are the one creating your life and can re-create it at any given time? When you drink and drug too much, binge, overspend, overshop, oversex, lose yourself in medications, remain in abusive relationships, over gamble, take dangerous risks - do any of these things add to your life and greatness? How have you been your own terrorist and more importantly, are you now ready to release the terrorist within and embrace the awareness of the magnificent YOU?

So many women in America are literally "Dying" to be thin. According to the National Eating Disorders Association 20 million women in the U.S. suffer with a clinically significant eating disorder...like Anorexia Nervosa and Bulemia Nervosa! Are you one of them? If so you're not alone and I'm here to help you kick it to the curb for good.
Did you know you can become anorexic for medical reasons not just because you decide to! I've been down to 90 lbs. myself from simply being sick from seizure medicine. I wanted to eat but my body had extreme trouble just tolertating chicken soup and crackers. I know what it's like to feel weak, spacy, faintish, black out, seizures, hair loss, dry skin and hair, severe reflux from stomach irratation due to the seizure medicine Depakote...on and on. I drank aloe juice for months, had to stay off seizure medications to actually get well again. I was so naseous, and my belly hurt so bad...my liver was not happy! So whatever the cause of starvation, wether it's due to a medical problem or because of a mental, physical, spiritual and emotional problem...there is a way to recover and kick this stuff to the curb! This is what we're talking about in today's show. Lack of food and hydration means lack of living life in general...it's not cool, it's not a joke...and it's not a fun thing. You know it's a deep, depressing lonely place to be sick and weak all the time...Thanksgiving is next week will you be eating and enjoying the meal in a healthy fun way...or starving/purging your way through this ever popular holiday?

Join Lucy Ann Moll and special guest Marie Notcheva, who was caught in the clutches of bulimia, a food disorder. Now she’s free.
Free of bingeing and purging. Free of shame. Free of her secret.
Want to know how she found freedom? Her book, Redeemed from the Pit: Biblical Repentance and Restoration from the Bondage of Eating Disorders, is due out in 2011.
Let me warn you, Marie identifies bulimia and other food disorders as sin. Her solution: repent. This may sound easy. It's not. Shame and secrets go hand in hand with bulimia. Are you afraid to share your secret? If so you are not alone. Many women in your church also are food disordered. They're just too scared to talk about it, afraid what others will say.
Every Tuesday, at the Sisterhood of Beautiful Warriors online radio show you meet Christian women like Marie who have faced a battle and experienced victory. Not victory in their own power but in God’s.
