There are a number of pieces that attribute to a good pass defense, but having good secondary play is essential. The Green Bay Packers addressed a need by drafting two young cornerbacks, Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins. Both played meaningful minutes throughout the year. They joined a veteran group with Sam Shields, Micah Hyde, Morgan Burnett, and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.
The Packers pass defense finished the year allowing 227.6 yards per game which ranked sixth in the league. They finished ninth in the league with 16 interceptions. The 72 passes defensed ranked 16th.
After a solid year, the one memory that many Packer fans will have is Sam Shields breaking on a Carson Palmer pass that would have been an interception and possibly a pick six, but the ball fell harmlessly to the ground. In overtime, a broken play left Larry Fitzgerald wide open as he scampered downfield.
This young secondary should only improve in the upcoming years.
What does it mean to you to fight to the finish or end well? What does that look like close up. 2 Tim 4:7 seems to provide a few answers to these questions. It says "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith". Can you say that today, that you have fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith? Well I to like you have to ask myself this all important question and must ask frequently so as to determine where I stand in Christ, am I slowing down in my zeal for Christ? How is my excitement and desire for God's Holy word? Am I telling others about my personal testimony and how I have come to know the Lord today? Am I on my knees daily fighting battles, confessing sin and while still marching forward for the cause of Christ? With so much at stake in the battle between good and evil, flesh vs. spirit we want to be able to say we didnt buckle to the pressure, that we were fully committed and went the distance in faith with our marriages, our children, those family members outside of Christ, our integrity, purity and through pain, temptation, and of course all those times you felt like throwing in the towel, but you didnt. You yourself can echo the same words of the apostle Paul in 2 Tim 4:7. Lord help us all to endure and finish our race well.

The Raid that Rescued Us. The Mission that Defines Our Lives.
You are trapped behind enemy lines. You feel it every day. Powerful forces want to destroy you and those you love. Completely surrounded, you see no means to escape.
Sadly, the Jesus we often picture is too timid to help--more like a daytime talk show host than a dangerous Rescuer.
Who would follow--much less risk everything--for such a leader?
Get ready to see Jesus like you've never seen him before--a battle-scarred Combatant who stared death in the face and won. This is no Sunday-school Jesus, meek and mild. This is the Warrior Christ who has descended from the heavens, defeated the Enemy, and rescued humanity. Now, he calls us to continue his mission and fight for others--our families, our communities, and the world.
In Jesus Was an Airborne Ranger, Army Chaplain John McDougall offers an alternative to the soft, gentle caricature of Jesus. Only the Warrior Christ can impact our broken world. And only in following him can you find the life of purpose you've always wanted.
SUIT UP. It's time to enter the fight with the first and greatest Airborne Ranger.

I am doing a break up series as I know many people are dealing with relationships that are severed. I know Love can hurt. I've been through this series myself. I know we want closure that we may never get. I will get into that. I will get into partners that have cheated and ended their marriages and relationships. We do want to see karmic justice done. We don't always see it. Sometimes we never move on and we never find true love. I will explain all of that and it is time that you do find true love. It's out there but you need to put closure to a relationship that will never be. If you don't you won't see the person that is there for you. Can we be civil with our ex's? I will explain and this has to do with those who have children. Yes, we can and I did. I know every emotion that you are experiencing and I will open every one of them up. There is an affliction that kills more success, more dreams and more greatness than just about any other force in the universe.
It takes on my forms: procrastination, impatience, anxiety…the list goes on and on. And it goes by the name of Self-Sabotage.
But more insidious still is the darker side of self-sabotage. More than just preventing results and undercutting success, there is the “terminal cycle of failure”, a loop that, if not broken, can lead to even deeper issues than lackluster results.
Join JT for an important conversation on stopping self-sabotage dead in its tracks. It’s a topic that might save your business, if not your life.

Hi friends all over the world, I have a questions for you this morning, "who do you think you are?; why were you created and sent to this earth, and not sent to another planet?; why are you still alive?; and what are the thought of people about who you are?" The greatest teacher from Galilee also asked His dicisples this same powerful question, "who do people say I am? and He asked again, who do you my disciples say I am.? I know who I am, and I know my commission on earth, for to me, to live is Christ, and to die is Gain. I was created and sent to this earth to be a blessing and voice to those who are oppressed by the devil. I see chains of oppression broken to pieces this morning for complete deliverance in the life of m dicisples. You are totally free today. Death water flowing down out of City of Adam was stopped and gathered up in a heap. Sin flowing down to us out of Adam is broken by our death with Christ signified by crossing Jordan. They couldn't cross Jordan until Moses was dead (dead to law leads to abundant life).
Main focus is life springing out of death. Death to old man old creation represented by stones placed and left in bottom of Jordan. New man new creation springing out of death are the stones taken out (springing up out of burial in river) from bottom of river and placed in the land.

Wednesday is dedicated to survivors to call in and let us all know how they are seeking their support. How are they making the effort to find a support group, volunteer at a non-profit, researching or professional counseling? It is hard work learning how to find your healing and it takes time to learn how to live in your new life. Living in healing is something very new to survivors who have broken their silence and it takes a while to get a rhythm and security in their daily walk.
In every one of our lives we are going to encounter problems, challenges, stresses, change, relationship issues, broken hearts, death, health issues, career issues, etc. Schools don't teach us the skills that we need in order to deal with day-to-day issues that we encounter throughout our life. We will begin the discussion of the skills that you need to have and to master in order to be able to deal successfully with the issues you contend with in your life. The better equipped you are to deal with these issues the easier your life will be. You will still have these issues but you'll have the skills to deal with them.
