Dream Catchers - Count Down to 30 Years of survival! - Les Paul

    in Education

Tonight is going to be the begging of as Paul Harvey the famous Radio Broadcasters would have said it this is the beginning of the rest of the story!

On December, 18th 1984 my story which begins with, pain heart ache, and suffering and a total transformation from Able Bodied into deep and Dark World of pain as I screamed out for help collapsing to the cement floor in a hellish pain beyond anything I have ever experienced!!!

Tonight I want to start the celebration of recovery with everyone and share the great power of my Independence of overcoming the past.

Talking "Suddenly Single" with Author James Hulbert

    in Books

Suddenly Single, James Hulbert's latest novel, depicts the  adventures of Tom Lord as he returns to the dating world after thirty years.

"Tom Lord, Vice President of the American Broadcasters Association has gone through a wretched divorce after thirty years of marriage. As he tries to rebuild his life, he finds himself out of touch with the changed and changing world of women. They have become independent, assertive, ambitious and sexually uninhibited. He tries to overcome loneliness and depression while coping with the greatest tragedy of his life.

After several liaisons with diverse members of the new generation ... Louisa, who is recently divorced; Claire, a Capital Hill swinger; Heather, a co-worker who may be his boss; and Diana, the woman of his dreams ... or is she? ...

Then he faces a dilemma: his life changes because of a surprising new development."

James Hulbert was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and raised in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Harvard University and Harvard Business School. He spent a year hitchhiking and staying in youth hostels across Europe and North America. He spent three years at the National Broadcasting Company in New York City, and the remainder of his career at the National Associaiton of Broadcasters in Washington, D.C.

He divides his time between Washington, D.C. and the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, where he has had a home since the early 1970's. James can also be found in Lexington, Kentucky visiting his daughter and four granddaughters.

Suddenly Single is James' third novel. He also authored Noon on the Third Day about a U.S. Senator and The Disputed Barricade about labor unions during the 1930's.

Regis Giles, is the creator and owner of www.GirlsJustWannaHaveGuns.com "The attack line - aimed at painting Republicans as out of sync with women on contraception, abortion and other issues - isn't resonating like in 2012, when Democrats hurled it at the GOP with a devastating effect. Instead, Republicans have improved their standing among women during this election cycle, narrowing the gender gap in key races that could decide control of the Senate.

The dynamic reflects the painstaking efforts among Republicans to avoid the mistakes of 2012. This time around, there aren't any candidates talking about "legitimate rape" or "binders full of women." And the GOP put up strong female candidates in states like Iowa and Michigan, making it harder for Democrats to attack them as opposed to the interests of women.

It's a battle of Conservative values and principles for our Republic!

Why Does A Different Opinion Now = "I Hate You"!!!!

    in Entertainment

Firstly, this will be a test of my microphone and I will be making a short broadcast to see if I can improve the quality of my broadcasting.

But also, I will be asking why the paranormal broadcasters on blogtalk radio are afraid of me.  Why do they censor me and block me from their chatrooms?   I merely go there and state MY differing opinion about Bigfoot, Psychics, Angels, Aliens, Faities, etc.  The minute they see I have a different opinion than they do, they block me.  Really, is that what you are about?  If someone has a different point of view you can't even tolerate it on your broadcast?  YIKES!!!  Maybe you're not so certain about your philosophy after all, huh?  Hey, I'm not trying to convert the cement heads here.  They are going to believe no matter what.  I'm more interested in the pshchological dynamics of why people have become so intolerant of other ideas & opinions and why a difference of opinion now equals "I Hate You!!!!"
