Hiya BBQ Fans! Let's just get to know what im about, and more important...what all of my friends have in common with me.,...FOOD!
I truly love to grill and cook just about anything, but I would not have learned anything if it wasnt for all of my friends (Fans?)
I always have wanted to do more with my business ideas, but I am physically and financially limted on how much i can do.
So....at least i can share my passion with the world, as it has now become a hobby for Grill Master Bruce!
Love you all! Grill Master Bruce Cohen
No more messing around.
The 2014 NFL regular season is about to get started. For the Rams, that means opening the doors of the Edward Jones Dome to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
To preview the game and look at the Rams' first opponent of the year, we'll be joined by Ted Glover from Daily Norseman, the SB Nation community for fans of the Vikes.
Join us Tuesday night as we take a break from the burning issues of the day to talk about the smoking issues of the day, namely, BARBECUE and GRILLING!
Yes, they are two different things.
Recipes, rubs, spices, sauces GEAR, cooking techinques, pork, beef, chicken, fish. And no discussion of outdoor cooking would be complete without BEVERAGES, namely Sangria! Or beer, or however else you slake your thirst while your out there smoking or searing your favorite meats.
What's the difference between BBQ and grilling? What are YOUR favorite outdoor cooked foods? Do you have any recipes / techniques you want to share?
Chris Chadwick "Let the Smoke Roll" on BBQSuperStars
My kitchen explorations are my life and my life is food! I like to do a fusion of old and new- Learning recipes is great but learn technique and its grand!
Follow me as I experiment with flavors - I like to make good food better and I cook with color.
Christo's Special Guest Today is : Scott Thomas, the Original Grillin’ Fool, was sent off to college 22 years ago with a suitcase and a grill where he overcooked, undercooked and burned every piece of meat he could find. After thousands of failures, and quite a few successes, nearly two decades later he started a website to show step by step, picture by picture, foolproof instructions on how to make great things out of doors so that others don’t have to repeat the mistakes he’s made on the grill. Scott will grill anything from lettuce and leeks to brisket and bread. He has written feature articles for both St. Louis and Feast Magazines, been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and appeared on countless television and radio spots in his hometown of St. Louis. He is recognized nationally as one of the Char-Broil All-Star Bloggers.
