The Bridegroom Rejoiceth Over the Bride

    in The Bible

Isa 62:5  For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

Jer 2:32  "Can a virgin forget her ornaments, Or a bride her attire? Yet My people have forgotten Me Days without number.

Son 4:10  "How beautiful is your love, my sister, my bride! How much better is your love than wine, And the fragrance of your oils Than all kinds of spices!

we continue with Pt3 reviewing "Friend of the Bridegroom"

    in Christianity

This is review of a message I heard at my church, Living Waters Christian Church in Gladwin, MI by Rev. Harry Jackson.

[Rom 8:26-28 KJV] 26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God. 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

[Jhn 4:23-24 KJV] 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.

The BrideGroom Is Coming...He's at The Door!!!

    in Current Events

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

22 After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.

23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.

24 For John was not yet cast into prison.

25 Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying.

26 And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.

27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

29 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

    Shane Bitney Crone (Documentary, "Bridegroom")

    in LGBT

BRIDEGROOM is a documentary directed by Linda Bloodworth-Thomason that tells the emotional journey of Shane and Tom, two young men in a loving and committed relationship — a relationship that was cut tragically short by a misstep off the side of a roof. The story of what happened after this accidental death– of how people without the legal protections of marriage can find themselves completely shut out and ostracized– is poignant, enraging and opens a window onto the issue of marriage equality like no speech or lecture ever will.

On May 7, 2012, the anniversary of Tom’s death, after a year of documenting his own grief, Shane decided to make a video tribute to his partner entitled “It Could Happen To You.” This film, posted on YouTube, received over 3.4 million views and has been translated into over 20 different languages. The impact of Shane’s YouTube video and the raw nerve it touched, tells us this is an important story that needs to be told.

With the incredible support from influential people like Brad and George Takei and Neil Patrick Harris, Bridegroom was successfully funded on July 19, 2012 by over 6,500 people on Kickstarter.com becoming the most funded documentary in the history of crowd funding, and released in the fall of 2013.

    in Spirituality

YOU DO REALIZE THAT THIS, OLD EARTH IS NOT THE BELIEVER’S HOME, HEAVEN IS OUR HOME. Our strength has to be continually renewed for our journey. We need to stay prepared for Christ is not coming this time to get us ready, but because we are ready to receive our reward. So strength up and let’s adorn ourselves for the bridegroom. I’ve gone on many trips and first I have to prepare. I usually start early as to try and not forget anything needed for the trip, because I am not only packing for myself but for others too. Another thing is we are not in a hurry when we travel, we stop alone the way, spend the night and rest. God tell us to rest in Him for this journey can be long and we do not want to run out of spiritual steam before our journey is over.
    Isaiah 40:31

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” The key is to come to God in our weakness and wait upon Him. The word ‘wait’ means intwine, and it pictures two ropes wrapped around each other, so that the smaller and weaker rope receives strength from the larger, stronger rope. We are to draw near to God and wrap ourselves around Him, so that His strength comes into us and fills our weakness. In this way our strength will be renewed by His strength. The word ‘renewed’ is literally ‘exchanged’, so that we exchange our weakness with His strength. So if we come to God in prayer and draw upon His strength, He will renew our strength, life and youth, overcoming our tiredness and weakness, so that we will not be weary or faint.

We are not called to be strong in our own strength, but to be strong in the strength (power) of the Lord by faith: “be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might”

AWAKENING THE SLEEPING GIANT/Dr Pat Holliday/Dr Sabrina Sessions/Marshall Perot

    in Religion

The Sleeping Giant Represents the Body of the Body of Christ

The Apostle Paul loudly and clearly sound out the alarm to the Body of Christ today. (I Thess. 5:6), says - " . . . let us not sleep, as do others . . . " (Rom. 13:11), says "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed."

“But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him,” (Matt. 25: 4).
