It's opened up a whole new world for her and her family. Yes, there are incredible challenges, but she chooses to see how God has blessed her family through it.
Her son created a painting that became an inspiration for her Autism Awareness product line, Autism: God's Bright Kids. She also is publishing a book called "Angels in the Midst: Rising Above Autism and Aspergers," a collection of stories, poetry, videos, and artwork about how God uses ordinary people in the challenge of living with Autism and how He works in the midst of it. She is looking for submissions, sponsors, and nonprofits to give a portion of the revenue to.
Offering Children Entertainment Focused on Positive Virtues, Jaci Velasquez debuts VeggieTales NOAH’S ARK
In a society with a social media mentality of instant gratification, one of the most important virtues – patience – can quickly be lost in this generation of children.
Hit Christian music artist and mother of two, Jaci Velasquez, joins Wayne Brady to star in NOAH’S ARK, a brand-new VeggieTales production featuring nine original songs, availableMarch 3 on DVD and Digital Download.
The film is about “patience, trusting and believing. Kids need to understand those things,” says Jaci. “Whatever we pour into our children is what will pour out of them – what they learn as children is what they will be as adults.”

How music can be a powerful influence in a child’s life
Why she jumped at the chance to star in a VeggieTales project with Wayne Brady

Love children (mom to 22, grand mom to 35, great grandmom to 7!) chocolate, camping, road-trips, writing, reading mysteries and more, standing up and speaking up for those without a voice. I have worked in children's services, policy and advocacy for 35 years. Married to my best friend, I divide my time between my home and kids in Philadelphia and traveling to speak and teach on the topics I am passionate about - healing and hope for children who have experienced trauma, foster care, adoption, permanent families for all kids, and more. My faith is my rock. After the 3rd of our 3 terminally ill children passed away in 2012 we decided the time had come to write our story and so we are proud and excited to share "Are We There Yet? The Ultimate Road Trip Adopting & Raising 22 Kids" with you all!
Welcome to the "Women of Golf Show!"
Joining Cindy & I this week Caroline Chisanga - President of UrGolf
Here's a little about Caroline:
Caroline Chisanga is a one in a million on today’s green. A high-school state golf champion and college golfer, turned entrepreneur, who switched a personal challenge into recognition in the golf industry in less than two years. She’s really a “geek with game” as she has brought her tremendous technical skills to generating income for golf courses, golf pros, businesses and charities. And in delivering with such great results, in her climb, Caroline said, “No thanks,” to TV’s Shark Tank.
There is nothing more rewarding than making money for everyone we touch, pros, golf courses, charities and in your case, businesses! The only thing that ranks higher in my heart is to, at the same time benefiting underprivileged kids, many of whom we work with via The First Tee right here!!

Hi Bedroom Playmates
This week we are discussing single moms who party and may bring home a one night stand or two. Is that wrong? Why or why not? Don't single moms deserve to have fun too? If not, what is appropriate when it comes to mom's enjoying adult time and a little hanky panky? How soon should a mom bring a new lover around her kids? Is it ok for a mom to have house parties, drink, smoke, and have sex while the kids are home? Yay or nah? How often should a mom go out to party? Why is it a problem for single mom's to have a sexy swag? What do want them to do? Stay home, over dress, forget their friends, and their life? Moms can be sexy, have a great time, and still be an amazing parent, right?
This is going to be an interesting discussion! We will have Sistagirl London writer of the play: Stop Bringing Your Good Booty Call to the Breakfast Table. A play about a single mom and her booty call antics. This play premieres on Sunday, March 8th. Click this link for more information.
