At a time when teen suicide, bullying, terrorism against Christianity and countless other issues are on the rise, taking a stand for what we believe is no longer an option but a necessity. As Christians we are supposed to be “The Light of the world”, “The Salt of the earth” and “The City on the hill” and are supposed to change the environment we’re in for the better, but are we bearing the fruit of what we say we believe? What’s up with people who say they are Christians but live like they are not? Are we saying we believe one thing but acting out another? How can we be about walking out our faith as opposed to simply talking a good game?

The Brain Injury Roundtable is a place for Ideas, discussion, and recovery for people seeking solutions, to bridge the gap between understanding brain injury and insights on how to change life for the better so be prepared to hear some great information to motivate and inspire us and change the world. The main reason we are tackling this topic this evening is that even a seemingly minor concussion can have life-long, life altering consequences. And that is the topic of tonight's discussion. This week’s Featured Author is . . . Leslie Campbell
Leslie Campbell is a thirty-five-year-old writer living in Suffolk County, NY. In addition to writing novels and short stories, she loves to write poetry, and songs as well. She wrote her first novel (unpublished) at the age of thirteen, and while planning on coming back to her love of written word in her twenties, lost herself in the shuffle of Administrative jobs, and found little time to write once she returned to school, where she received her Associate degree in Graphic Design. Leslie's genres currently range between Romance and Erotica. Her first series of novels will be dedicated to short stories about office romance that lend themselves to sexual fantasy

Belief, like fear or love, is a force to be understood as we understand the Theory of Relativity and Principles of Uncertainty: phenomenon that determine the course of our lives. Yesterday, my life was headed in one direction. Today, it is headed in another. Yesterday I believed that I would never have done what I did today. These forces that often remake time and space, that can shape and alter who we imagine ourselves to be, begin long before we are born and continue after we perish. Our lives and our choices, like quantum trajectories, are understood moment to moment. At each point of intersection, each encounter suggests a new potential direction.
Join us tonight as Kevin and the Marvelous Maggie share some of additional insight on how all boundaries are conventions, waiting to be transcended. Knowing, One may transcend any convention, if only one can first conceive of doing so. Call in LIVE @424.243.9540 or Listen in on BrainInjuryRadio.com.
