Range of motion (ROM) usually decreases when you’ve had an injury or surgery.
However there are times when you can have decreased ROM and it’s not related to an injury or surgery. Emotional chemicals can store in certain parts of your body and as a result inhibit range of motion. Sometimes there is neither an injury nor an emotional upset of any kind, but there is a stiffness or tightness that is inhibiting ROM.
Join your host, Stacey Vornbrock, the Sports Performance Pioneer, as she discusses in-depth these three issues that decrease range of motion and what you can do to regain your full movement.
Stacey has pioneered the use of EFT with range of motion issues and has helped hundreds of professional and amateur athletes increase their ROM by as much as 60% or greater. Her breakthrough Injury and Surgery Recovery Program has helped many non-athletes fully recover their ROM.
Stacey Vornbrock, M.S. is pioneering the use of EFT with professional and amateur athletes to release mental, emotional, physical, and mechanical blocks on the cellular level. She is recognized as a leading expert in the use of EFT with sports performance and is the author of nine Breakthrough Performance Sports Manuals as well as ebooks for non-athletes.

Last week, we broke new ground by doing a live, on-air past life regression on one of our co-hosts. By doing so, we made available the tools for you to try to discover your own past lives. THIS WEEK is an opportunity for you to call in with questions about what happened, the process of hypnosis and regression, soul contracts, soul groups, any question that last week's show brought up. You can also ask Kristina Rake, M.A. our theologian and psychic medium, to get a sense of any of your own past lives. She and Dr. Chuck Kennedy will explain why knowing your pre-birth past can help with issues, anxieties, and conflicts that you have today.
Dr. Chuck Kennedy, R.N., Ph.D., is a Loyola-educated Neuroscientist with expansive expertise in neurolinguistic programming, memory, and the mind's interaction with the paranormal. He is the author of over a dozen books on these subjects. Unlike other scientists, Dr. Chuck is an avid paranormal investigator of over 40 years with many advancements in the field to his credit. He constructed the first under-water paranormal investigation equipment to investigate sunken vessels and has revolutionized EVP science. He can be reached at: ghostsofdfw.com.
Kristina Rake has a Masters Degree in Theology and Scripture from Andover Newton Theological Seminary in Boston. She holds numerous awards in preaching, teaching, public speaking, authorship, and historical research. She is also a candidate for the Catholic Priesthood in the United States Old Catholic Church under Archbishop James Long. She has an extensive background in demonology, the occult, the paranormal, and ufology. She can be reached on facebook at: Kristina Rake.
My Old Catholic Radio Station is an educational ministry that adheres to the teachings of the Old Catholic Church. Check out our other religious, spiritual, and paranormal programming.
Peace and thank you for coming back to my show. After having minor surgery a few weeks ago, I had to take the time to rest and heal properly. I am so happy, excited and blessed to be back! This week we will talk about how to deal with and overcome anger. Everywhere I go I am seeing and hearing alot of angry people. From driving everyday, to the supermarket, to the local shopping community and on the streets. People are upset over minor and major things that are blown out of proportion. People are willing to risk their lives as well as their children to argue fuss or fight with each other. Anger is a normal feeling, however when it begins to control you and in turn becomes destructive, it leads to problems. Problems in your personal relationships, at work and in the overall quality of your life. Anger can make you feel as though you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerul emotion. Please join me tonight as we discuss dealing with anger. Learn how to manage your anger, how to manage your angry feelings with self control and self awareness and how what you eat can and does contribute to your anger.
