    in Religion

Have you ever thought of Jesus as both Master and Servant?  In today's episode I will discuss how Jesus is both Master and Servant, the law of opposites and balance.  I also discuss how the Sermon on the Mount, by the way it is one of only a few times that Jesus preached.  Most of the time he taught which is why he was called Rabbi.   And then I discuss the Sermon on the Mount as being spiritual rather than religious.  Hope you enjoy today's lesson.

Luke 17: Parousia, 70 AD or Both?

    in Religion

Luke 17: Parousia (Second Coming), 70AD or Both?

In the above title, we are no asking whether two events separate in time are being discussed in Luke 17.

Rather, we are asking whether the event known as the second coming, i.e. the Parousia of Christ occurred in 70AD.

We are well aware that some have sought to divide the chapter into two separate comings. In fact, they even make three comings, i.e. one on Pentecost, one in 70 AD and one allegedly yet future to us today.

In this broadcast, we continue and will conclude the evidence from the Bible that the event occurred in 70AD.

No distinction can be made between the return of Christ and the AD70 event.

Flip the Page - Both Sides of the Permuted Press Decision

    in Current Events

You toss, you turn, you can't sleep. That's what happens. Instead of your mind spinning with a story, it is spinning with a situation at hand.  Recently Permuted Press made an announcement to thier authors on changes in the company. Two of which, pushed back release dates and the decsion to publish print books on a case by case basis. Still, carrying, however, all titles in ebook form.

Permuted has given authors a chance to opt out if they are not happy with the changes.

Suffice to say some are not happy and some support it. Some opted out, some stayed.

Blog world on fire, specualtion abound, names are being called and enemies made ... whoa whoa ... time out.

Both sides of the story need presented in the same place.

Factual and reasonable, we will have an open discussion about the changes that were announced. How do you feel? How does it affect you? What would you like to se happenand what is a reasonable solution to it all. Were they right or were they wrong.

This is an invitation to all parties. Both sides, for against, nuetral. State your opinion.

*Please remember we are going for a calm discussion (if possible) and encourage all who call in and participate to hold back any name calling.
