Last nights show was an epic success as well as fact finding. Our men rose to the challenge and called in with their perspectives but not necessarily always staying on the descripted topic. Peter from PA made some points that I will address one at a time at the beginning of tonights show. And yes we had a few calls from our local squidbillie cyber trolls. lol My favorite caller however was Mr. Solution. He knows how to dialogue in a way that allows the host and the caller to not sound as if we are argueing or warring but we simply are having a constuctive interactive exchange of information, ideas, and thoughts that allow those who are listening in to be edified while they learn, so I definitly hope he calls back so I can throw some of my original questions at him which where, why is it that the destructive Black male is so visual and out front in Black neighborhoods while the good law abiding Black men, Fathers, business owners ect... seem to (always) be the invisible silent types? Has the good Black mans good reputation been used against them by their more rambunctious, minstrel cooning street wise brethren? Are responsible elite Black men out there handling their business as visualy and publically as those they claim to be the thugs, shyters, pimps and hustlers are? It seems that Black men with all the wisdom and knowledge on how to live a civilized, balanced, drama free life are keeping those SECRETS to themselves huh? Someone even mentioned on FB that nobody listens to married men. So I would like to know if this imbalance of the good Black man vs the devious ones, harming the image of Black men as a whole? Does it cause their women to see them as WEAKER, and the world to lump all of them into one boat? Join us for part II. ooohhhh i can't wait.

Her family is very close-knit, and no one ever misses the annual houseboat trip on the lake. With their mutual love of the mountains, water, sports, and all things outdoors, it’s no wonder the annual trip is a favorite among family members even after all these years.
God’s latest blessing in Barron’s life is the release of her new single, “It Might Get Loud.” Already making waves on iTunes, listeners are loving her song, calling it “fun and catchy.”
Barron blends all of her life experiences together into her music, bravely giving the world a glimpse into her soul – her down-to-earth, passionate, giving soul.

Jessica Huie MBE is the founder of JH Public Relations and Color blind Cards. Following a shopping trip for a card to boost her daughter’s (then aged 7) self-esteem, Color blind Cards was launched inspired by the high-street’s lack of representative multi-cultural greeting cards. She highlights how through sheer determination and hard work even as a parent at 17 anything is possible!
Are you so focused on the past and so worried about the future that you’re missing NOW? If so, then you are at the mercy of the human Ego. We know the drill: shopping lists, relationship dramas, fantasies, regrets and worries, all of these take us away from today, now, this moment. Tune in as Nancy and I discuss that the synchronicities and revelations of life are in the present. You know you’re out of synch when you feel physically, mentally, or emotionally off. But, what you may not have considered is that you may actually be in a process of realignment as well. It’s kind of like ‘chaos to order’ or ‘death and rebirth’ where the opposites create a synthesis of the two. The key is to not be disassociated from your body and over-identified with your thinking. Tonight’s show offers an opportunity to explore and discover our physical presence. Doing so, allows us to transform thought, beliefs, and judgments into fluid awareness.

Calgary, Alberta – Traditional allopathic medicine has a long history of opposing alternative healing professions, but with the recent surge in chronic illness, more and more physicians are acknowledging the value of restorative medicine and preventive wellness. These physicians now find themselves on the vanguard of a whole new approach to medicine, which seeks to integrate these philosophies into the existing healthcare paradigm.
One of these physicians is Dr. Lynne Murfin. After more than 25 years as a traditional medical practitioner in family practice, Dr. Murfin realized it was time for a new way to care – a better way.
“I wanted to explore total health beyond the absence of disease, and combine the best of traditional medicine with research based alternative practices,” says Dr. Murfin. “I wanted to gain a clearer and more complete picture of my patients’ health.”
Today, Dr. Lynne Murfin is a functional integrative physician offering restorative medicine and transformative care.
“Functional integrative medicine has given me a new lens through which to view my patients,” says Dr. Murfin. "With functional integrative medicine, I have a new toolkit to dig deep and go upstream and find where processes are problematic and heal the patient."
While traditional medicine remains the foundation of who she is and what she does, Dr. Murfin says we’ve missed the boat when it comes to the tsunami of chronic illness that’s swept across North America. She says it’s not about looking at diseases, but rather looking at systems.
“I’m most proud of my newfound ability to actually heal a patient,” says Dr. Murfin. “I’ve been completely rejuvenated as a physician. There should only be one kind of medicine: good medicine.”
