To monetize is to convert an asset into or establish something as money or legal tender. The term monetize has different meanings depending on the context. It can refer to methods utilized to generate profit, while it also can literally mean the conversion of an asset into money. For example, the U.S. Federal Reserve can monetize the nation's debt; this involves the process of purchasing debt (treasuries) which in turn increases the money supply. This essentially turns the debt into money (monetization).
Another example comes from websites monetizing their content. Many are set up to earn money through advertisers. When people who browse the particular site click on one of the advertisers' links, the owner of the website earns a small amount of money (this is known as pay-per-click, or PPC advertising). If the website attracts enough visitors, the small amount paid by the advertisers for each click can add up to substantial monetization.

NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE UNFAIR DECEPTIVE ABUSIVE ACTS AND PRACTICES ILLEGAL VIOLATING BEHAVIOR UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTIONS CFPB RESPA FDCPA
"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!
We hope you enjoy the Show...

THE DAILY COMPLAINT - LIVE WEEKDAYS AT 8:30 AM PT (CA) & 11:30 AM ET (NY)
This is a show Dr. Newton has promised to do and so here it is! Right now, we as a people are being strangled and ensared in the Matrix of Admiralty/Commercial Law (U.C.C.).We have to deal with all types of taxes and traffic fines that literally steal our hard earned money. Yet there are ways to pull ourselves out of the U.C.C and place ourselves in common law jurisdiction and this can be done by using the same set of laws that is oppressing and impoverishing us. THIS IS LIKE THE PINK ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM and THE EMPEROR WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES. This show will share strategies that have worked in court....not just remote theory. This show airs Thurs., 3-5-15 at 7 PM PST
To research more on this google the following: Sui Juris-The Uniform Commerical Code Connection for explanation of the commercial law and common law.

Using Civil Rights Records to Find The Story In Your Community and Family
Please join genealogist and family historian Antoinette Harrell for a discussion of how and why researchers will want to explore the Civil Rights records to find relatives that were engaged in the Civil Rights movement throughout the South. Ms. Harrell will use a case example of Mr. Herbert Lee a Civil Rights leader from Amite County, Mississippi to illustrate what was documented in Federal Records about him.
Antoinette Harrell, a renowned genealogist, author and blogger whose genealogical research has been featured on Nightline News, People Magazine and many other national and international public media. Harrell is the host and producer of Nurturing Our Roots Television and Nurturing Our Roots Blog Talk Radio and was appointed Honorary Attorney General in the State of Louisiana in 2003 for her studies in genealogy. She is also one of the recipients of the ASLAH Award in 2013 for her outstanding services as a humanitarian activist and film maker and has been featured in “Chronicle On Civil Rights” & Civil Rights History from the Ground Up: Local Struggles a National Movement.
The Department of Justice Records are available under the Civil Rights Division at the National Archives.
The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, created in 1957 by the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1957, works to uphold the civil and constitutional rights of all Americans, particularly some of the most vulnerable members of our society. The Division enforces federal statutes prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, disability, religion, familial status and national origin.
Regarding bypassing Congress, doing away with checks and balances, fifty-eight percent of Democrats think the president should take action alone if Congress does not approve his proposals. Eighteen percent of Republicans and 39 percent of voters not affiliated with either major party (independents) think similarly. This is the thought process we've come to expect from Democrats, but any percentage above zero from Republicans is surprising. They must have all been RINOs.
Obama's questionably legal action is bad enough. But that's not the worst of it, not by a long shot. It seems that a plurality of U.S. Democrats (and, sadly) some Republicans and independents think as Obama does. They think, despite the U.S. Constitution, that Obama should be able to do anything he wants if he thinks "it's the right thing to do."
