Although most people in business believe that the key to business success is in the strategy, companies like Apple and Zappos understand that the key to business successes is in the mind-set of an individual and the collective mindset, otherwise known as culture. Strategy is important but there is a sequence as to how to get the best performance and productivity and mindset and culture come first. Today we are going to hear from Ken Courtright on how he translates his powerful mindset into his marketing strategies that have made him a big success and make money for others.
