We all know that Black men and women are at odds. But Why? And How can we get them back on the same page?
Join Alex Primo(Lex Primeone), Asha Zuri, Joe Whitfield, and our new Hosts/Contributors as we dissect, explore, and analyze the difficulties between Black men and women and how best to remediate them.
Let's face it, men and women in general have problems. The question becomes, why are Black people's problems so severe that they cripple us as a community. Is it merely a coincidence or are there underlying factors that are present by design? In other words have we been poked and prodded into disliking each other?
If so, what solutions can we find to remove this unfortunate tool of disunity? What can we do as a people to improve the relationships of Black men and women?
Should we be upset about interracial dating? Should we be upset by those that practice classism? Should we ridicule those that choose to remain alone?
Is our very culture responsible for the state of Black Relationships in America today? Can we finally find a way to get along? Let's talk.

On tonights episode of the Dymonds Radio Show, we will be discussing part 2 of failed black relationships.
We were inspired to do this topic because of the previous shows we did regarding marriage & divorce, but also because of a youtube video Dr. Umar Johnson spoke on regarding black relationships.
Last show we spoke on domestic violence and weren't able to get to the second part as to why black relationships fail.
So tonight were going to discuss the type of men and women you should stay away from and different personality disorders that could help determine if that person is right for you or not.

The issue of colorism in the black diaspora is as old as slavery and colonialism itself. Any discussion of the topic brings up many painful incidents of childhood and every black person seems to have a story to tell about how it has affected their lives in some way. The various issues that exist around skin shade have affected the way that black people view themselves and each other. Of particular interest is the effect and impact that colorism has had on dark skinned black women. Rashida Marie Strober is taking on the task of tackling the issue and speaking out against the discrimination that dark skinned women have faced and bringing to the forefront the impact it has had on their well being emotionally and psychologically. Join us for a lively discussion of her new book and the topic of colorism in the black community. CALL IN WITH QUESTIONS: 347.215.8933
