Believe it or not there are Black female filmmakers who are creating horror films and have an eminent voice in the horror film community. Tananarive Due and Kristina Leath-Malin will be our guests as we discuss gender and race disparities in the horror film genre as well as current projects both filmmakers are working on and their mission to spread the word that Black women are making horror films!
Hosted by dark-skinned free-thinker Vincent E Brown, this show discusses a myriad of issues from the political, moral, and religious. Of course, every now and then a bit of controversy is liable to show up at any time, so tune in and listen to a host who is black, Christian, and conservative.
Forty-five minutes west of Walt Disney's make-believe history, archaeologists dig for real artifacts. Hunched over a shallow, square excavation, they search for Peliklakaha, the largest Black Seminole village, Fort Mose known to historians, a place where different cultures joined in a fight for freedom more than 200 years ago. Until now, say University of Florida archaeologists, Peliklakaha existed only in the writings of military leaders and a painting commissioned by the U.S. general who had burned it down.

The painful memory of Trayvon Martin, the young unarmed teen who was murdered by the self appointed neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman, has been revived by the insensitivity of those who believed it was acceptable to dress in black face and a bloody hoody for Halloween, 2013.
While the outrage of their poor costume choice has been wide spread over the internet, there are some in the black community that feel blacks are just too sensitive. Are black people just "too sensitive" as it relates to black face and the racial connotations they represent?
Join host Kay Quinn as she and co-hosts Raymond Kirk and Michael Flemons discuss this new fixation on the black face controversy.
REAL Talk is a community oriented show that focuses and engage dialog on very real issues that repeatedly plague and disenfranchise local communities. It is designed to open the lines of communication to address the hard issues many are afraid to discuss in this climate of racial divide.
We can no longer afford to walk around and ignore the elephant in the room. This is our time to engage the proverbial elephant head on.

Danichi - X-MIB Agent... Men in Black (MIB), in popular culture and in UFO conspiracy theories, are men dressed in black suits claiming to be government agents who attempt to harass or threaten UFO witnesses into silence. It is also frequently used to describe mysterious men working for unknown organizations, as well as to various branches of government allegedly designed to protect secrets or to perform other strange activities, linked in some fashion with UFO sightings. Most US government law enforcement and intelligence agencies such as the FBI have strict dress codes that ordinarily require their members to wear suits in dark, non-obtrusive colors. MIB team members have been described as behaving in either an exceedingly furtive manner or a completely outgoing one, with wide grins and disconcerting giggles. In the UFO research community the Men in Black often often claim to be from the Air Force or the CIA. Those who have encountered them say they produce proper government and military identification, but when verification is later sought, the people described either don't exist, have been dead for some time, or do exist, and may have a different rank. Military/CIA explanations - Men in Black are really government people in disguise ... possibly they are members of a rather bizarre unit of Air Force (sans SG1) Intelligence known currently as the Air Force Special Activities Center (AFSAC)

According to Census stats: the ratio of women to men in the U.S. is about 145M women to roughly 139M men. Broken down into more manageable terms – for every 100 sistas, that’s about 87 brothas. As the adage says: NUMBERS DON’T LIE.Amidst the disparity in numbers: there’s an underlying resentment brewing. Black women have become disenchanted with “issues” that permeate dating in urban culture. As one single woman clearly put it, “who wants to give their ALL (money/time/emotions) and get very littl
