Johnny Manziel was the first Freshman to win the Heisman Trophy and he was unstoppable in college. Some people questioned if he could take his athletic style to the NFL game. The Cleveland Browns believed he could and selected him with the 22nd pick, in the 2014 NFL Draft. Johnny Manziel lived up to the hype, off the field. Manziel headlined local and national media for his off the field antics more than his play on the field. After two seasons he only started eight games, which is the fewest of any quarterback the Browns have selected in the first round. As the offseason begins, it is only a matter of time before the Browns and Manziel part ways. The question looms, "Will any team take a chance on Manziel?"
The answer is probably not because Manziel is being investigated for domestic violence. He also entered rehab before the 2015 season to get his drinking under control. All reports pointed to a new and rejuvinated Manziel until he was pulled over during the season and admitted that he had been drinking. No charges were filed, but he openly admitted that he was drinking. Manziel has always lived life to the extreme, but it might be time that he finds a good offensive line in life to help protect him from himself.

Perriello and Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. assistant secretary of African Affairs, also raised concerns over reports that Rwanda's government was meddling in Burundi's conflict.
"We have seen a number of reports from our colleagues in the field that suggest the Rwandan government has been involved in destabilizing activities in Burundi," Thomas-Greenfield said. "We have raised these concerns with the Rwandan government and encouraged them to play a productive role and not to do anything that might further destabilize Burundi."
Perriello said there were "credible reports" that Burundi refugees, including children, were being recruited from camps in Rwanda to fight on behalf of the Burundian opposition.

On today’s edition of Thaboxingvoice Radio Show, the panel discusses the recently announced HBO headliner between Andre Ward and Sullivan Barrera taking place March 26th at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. After a month or so of speculation, the fight was formally announced this week with yesterday’s media call to officially kickoff the promotion, although reports of the fight being finalized surfaced last week.
Despite having competed at a catch-weight above 168lbs in his return fight against Paul Smith last June, this will be Ward’s first official fight at light heavyweight since announcing his certain decision to move up from super middleweight – a weight class he dominated and reigned over for years. The undefeated Barrera will to take advantage of the size factor that comes with years of experience campaigning at the light heavyweight division.
Joining us today will be bantamweight Alexis Santiago as he prepares for his Fox Sports 1 headliner against Erik Ruiz in Las Vegas on a Mayweather Promotions card. Jamel Herring will also appear as a guest on today’s show, fresh off his own Fox Sports 1 headliner this past Tuesday in which he defeated Luis Eduardo Flores by unanimous decision through 10 rounds.

According to a study conducted by researchers at the University of Iowa, racial stereotypes affect black boys as young as five years old.
White participants in the study were more likely to view a toy as a weapon if it was associated with black boys, reports The Daily Mail. Those who participated in the study were less likely to view a toy as a weapon if it were associated with a white boy.
Seeing the face of a black boy was enough for the white students in the study to misidentify the toy as a weapon.
Lead researcher, Dr. Andrew Todd, said this study shows how people who don’t view themselves as racist can still react with unconscious bias.
“Our findings suggest that, although young children are typically viewed as harmless and innocent, seeing faces of five-year-old Black boys appears to trigger thoughts of guns and violence,” Dr Todd said.
“One of the most pernicious stereotypes of Black Americans, particularly black men, is that they are hostile and violent,” he explained.
“So pervasive are these threat-related associations that they can shape even low-level aspects of social cognition.”
The white college students were shown images of black five-year-olds and white five-year-olds. Then they were shown a second image which they were told to identify as quickly as possible. Participants recognized guns quicker after seeing images of black boys. They were also quicker to mistake toys for guns after viewing images of black boys.

A Comprehensive Overview of Wyoming Juvenile Court Rules and Relevant Wyoming Supreme Court Decisions
Jill Kucera, J.D., Senior Assistant Attorney General, Wyoming Attorney General’s Office and Elizabeth B. Lance, J.D., Attorney, Wyoming Guardian Ad Litem Program will provide an overview of Wyoming's Juvenile Court Rules and relevant Wyoming Supreme Court decisions. The Rules of Procedure for Juvenile Courts ("Rules") (adopted on Feb. 9, 2007) govern practice and procedure in Wyoming's trial courts in all juvenile court actions: abuse and neglect, delinquency, and CHINS (child in need of supervision) proceedings. These Rules address hearings, discovery and inspection, submittal of reports, right to counsel, pretrial conferences and meeting of parties, stipulations, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) provisions, inadmissibility of certain evidence, and concurrent criminal and juvenile proceedings. The presenters will provide information on all the Rules, with an emphasis on Rule 3: Discovery and Inspection; they will also present information about Wyoming Supreme Court cases that interpret the Rules. Listeners will learn about best practices and how the Rules are applied in different Wyoming jurisdictions. At the completion of this program, participants will know: (1) The Ten Rules of Procedure for Juvenile Courts; (2) Wyoming Supreme Court decisions on the Rules and (3) How these Rules relate to practices in difference jurisdictions.
Organizations that sponsor ERISA retirement plans have long struggled with the complexities of their vendors' fee arrangements. The Department of Labor ("DOL") blames much of that struggle on an information gap that divides plan managers and vendors.
During a lengthy study prior to 2010, the DOL found that evaluations of fees charged to participants in ERISA plans was largely driven by a plan's vendors, through intricate, multi-page reports that were filled with complex industry jargon and formulas. The DOL's findings were the impetus for the expansion of the duty held by plan sponsors to conduct an analysis of their vendors' fees and to document the results.
