    Special Guest Billy Grima

    in Music

Please join Miss Catherine as she welcomes in a very special guest, Billy Grima.

Billy Grima is a singer/ songwriter living in the Caledon Hills of Ontario, Canada. Born in Blacktown, NSW Australia, Billy started writing at a very young age and was singing in a church choir by the age of 8 years old. At 15, Billy moved to Canada and settled in Toronto.   Like classic singer/songwriters, Billy Joel, Jim Croce, James Taylor and Bob Dylan, life's daily realities and everyday events are a source of Billy's inspiration.  His smooth and soulful sound has earned him comparisons to contemporaries Jason Mraz, Ed Sheeran, Jack Johnson and even Bruno Mars.

Billy has 3 albums to his credit: I'm Just Standing , A Little Piece Of Heaven and his latest, titled Sugar & Cream, produced and engineered by Pete Swann (Glass Tiger’s Alan Connely, Adrian and Justin Lifeson, sons of Rush’s Alex Lifeson.)  Sugar & Cream features a tasty blend of pop, rock, soul and Americana, including the first single, “Pleasure To Have Met You.”  The album is going for worldwide radio adds this spring.

"Writing a hook or humming a melody is medicine,” Grima says.  Let Sugar & Cream be the prescription for your perfect playlist.

The chat room will be opened for questions and comments.  Thanks for your support!

CJ Chenier and His Creole Lady Join Us On ITNS Radio!!!

    in Music

C.J. Chenier was literally born into the musical tradition of southwest Louisiana and Texas Zydeco, a chugging, accordion-led blend of French Creole and African-derived influences. Born the son of great Zydeco king Clifton Chenier, the first Grammy Award winning musician of his genre, C.J. was totally immersed in R&B, funk and jazz from childhood. Despite his family ties, or maybe because of them, C.J. wasn't terribly interested in his father's music as a teenager. A natural player, C.J. won a scholarship to study music at Texas Southern University and spent his college years exploring his own musical style.

"Confessions of a Bronx Bookie" is his much-anticipated first novel. Every Amazon review has been phenomenal, all five stars. Most see the novel as a movie or series.

Unlink many authors who come directly out of college, O'Connor waited to write until after he had something to say.
