The world has changed and is getting more wicked and wise day by day. The new methods companies are using in order to get money from customers is shameful. In some instances, customer service representatives are told to lie, manipulate, cheat, and decieve in order to get money for the company. They are relentless and for what, a dollar bill, for money. I believe certain companies like Wells Fargo and AT&T will eventually go out of business because of how they operate and treat God's people.

Containerization (like Docker and IBM Containers) takes application portability to a new level. Applications can be packaged with everything they need to run for simplified, high-velocity deployment. By using native separation within the OS (Linux or Windows) organizations get many of the benefits of a VM without the overhead of a hypervisor. So what's the downside? Most security tools weren't designed to "play well" with containers. And many security teams aren't aware of the emerging threat models associated with rapid application development and containerized deployment. In this podcast we'll take a quick high-level look at how containerization and DevOps are transforming the application life cycle, explain what it means to security, and provide recommendations on the three things security teams should be doing about it now.

In this cyber world, I would say I don't feel connected when I engage in social media. It is not to say, I do not enjoy pictures, animal videos or engaging in a conversation; it just means for me, I never feel a deeper connection. Now, before technology brought us social media, there were a million and one ways to feel lonely--if you were isolated, not necessarily physically, but emotionally, then you more than likely experience a deep loneliness.
Is there an increase in loneliness, or is it just more evident based on other societal factors, which may have increased our aversion to emotional intimacy (making it easier to keep a distance)? I mean text messages carry, so much significance don't they?
Many of us have sky high walls--we think it protects us from pain or the possibility of it in situations, which brought an unhappy end in the past. We don't want it to happen again--so we place distance between us and others, even if we are in a love relationship with them. Who wants to be vulnerable? We might lose control, we could be disappointed or worse annihilated! We push others away and it is in opposition to our deepest desires, the physiological need to be seen and heard; to be loved for who we truly are, at our most authentic state of being.
Join me for this discussion and how to stop your own loneliness right in its tracks! This could be the day you decide to come out and play intimately with others. :)
WHERE ARE YOUR THOUGHTS? THOUGHTS ARE MORE THAN THINGS, THEY ARE THE CAUSE OF THINGS!
BRYON KAITE, said and I quote...:It's not our thoughts, but our attachment to our thoughts that causes suffering."
To be totally free and alive, 'drop all negative thoughts from your mind."
When we're blindsided by a shocker and your world gets rocked to the core, where is the first place your mind goes? What starts vying for your attention in your realm of thought. What scenarios run rampant directing your inner image viewing and conversation.
What you expect to happen, happens...etc.
What you think about comes about...etc.
Don't make thoughts your prison...etc.
Obstacles are large or small...etc.
Face your challenge with courage...etc.
