Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 1236

    in Self Help

Tonight's special guest is Kym Harmony Tracy from Robinson, Illinois, a returning NAASCA family member who's a survivor and activist and an Inspirational Christian speaker. "For most of my life I've have heard, 'but you seem so normal.' Well, I'm far from normal. As a matter of fact, I call my life a beautiful mess," says Kym. "And then, just when I thought I could no longer take it, when I felt I couldn't even breathe, God entered my life at just the right time." Kym reports, "I have experienced many things from most all forms of [sexual] mental, physical and emotional abuse as well as divorce and dysfunctional relationships." She was in the second grade when she was first molested. At 9 she was abused by a babysitter and at 16, still a virgin, she was date-raped by her then boyfriend. Kym says, "Since we last spoke I decided I really needed to get down to the rawness of my wounds. I felt to really feel that true pain I needed to revisit the places that the monsters changed my life for ever." She goes on, "I went back to childhood places of attacks. I spoke with my rapist. I confronted my abusive father. I gained much more insight as to my purpose and what God has planted in my heart." She concludes, This past year has been a whirlwind of emotions and some have physically tried to stop me from speaking out. I AM READY TO ROAR!"

Awakening with Bill Elliott and Kimmie Rose @ 8 pm EST

“Just Past Your Finger Tips” - This month we have guest, James Genson who will discuss about seeing what is really around you and that the answers reside just beyond your finger tips. Ever since his self proclaimed spiritual awakening, he has been on a quest to learn and find answers to heal himself and to find the answers to life's most pressing questions. After much practice and stillness the answers started to make themselves known. These universal inspirations have just been released in a mini book called Alpha Communications, that James will forward to those that it may resonate with. This will be a great show; we will be taking questions and calls during the show for anyone looking for answers that they can't put their fingers on.

“The Creative Flow” with Phil Norton (aka: Preacherman Says) - Finding the right creative outlet is liberating. This month Paul talks with Kyoto spoken word artist and musician Phil Norton (aka: Preacher Man Says) about life, poetry slams, the creative process and the Horse-headed Goddess of Mercy.  Phil will share some of his unique and though provoking music and poetry. power of perception pro wrestling with Del "The Patriot" Wilkes

    in Spirituality

Begind the mask" Del "The Patriot" Wilkes is the story of my life. We cover my life growing up in S.C. We also go in depth about my college football background at The Unv. of S.C. I am one of only four Consensus All Americans to ever play for the Gamecocks. I was captain and MVP of the 1984 team, which was the first team in school history to win 10 games in a season. We go into detail about my love for pro wrestling as a young boy, and how that eventually turned into a career. There are several of the guys that I wrestled with through out my career that are in the documentary. Guys like Stan Hansen, Marcus Bagwell, Greg Gagne, Jackie and Bobby Fulton, Bruce Prichard, Bill Apter and many more. We cover my time with the AWA as the Trooper, and my time with the GWF,AJPW,WCW,and WWF as The Patriot. We discuss my reasons for leaving one company to go to the next opportunity. The Bret Hart fued in the WWF is the most famous one in my career, and we also cover that in great detail. The injuries that brought my career to an end are talked about as well as the dependency to pain meds in trying to deal with the injuries. That addiction would eventually lead to some major issues with law enforcement, which then lead to me being sent to prison. But, this also a story of redemption, and how God gave me the help in turning my life around to be the man I am today.
