Hey there Tea Sippers!! Let me ask you a question...... what would it take for you to get up out your seat and hit the dance floor OR make you snap your fingers and get into the groove of some feel good, brown liquor dranking, cards slapping the table, high fiving your good girlfriend music? Well, my darlings, my guest today will say that it will take some good strong vocals, some kick ass tracks, and some powerful background children screaming for the gods to get you up and off your ass to clap your hands, stomp your feet, and move your body to the rhythm of the beat!
Specializing in taking the Word where the people are and making sure that the people understand that it's alright to have a good time in the Word, my guest has created a new record label that will put the heart and the soul back into the music! Mr. Paris Hairston is going to be Dishing Tea with Big Meach about the ins and outs of creating an entire label in a day and age when it seems like it's nearly impossible for the music to be appreciated. AEONSTAR RECORDS is soon to launch and we will be getting the exclusive on what's to come and what we can expect from it.
PLUS..... we will be diving into the mail bag and reading a few "Dear Big Meach" letters and I will be serving my brand of tea to those who ask!
It's going to be a HOT POT today, my darlings so be sure to have plenty of crumpets, ya heard me!
I will be debating on whether the Big 12 should expand and have a conference title game or not with Matt Brown from College League Manager for SB Nation and editor for SB Nation's "Vanquish the Foe". Topics include...

They call the Kentucky Derby the most exciting two minutes in sports, and for many racing fans, it's certainly among the most memorable. In this week's series of short Derby Moments podcasts, we'll visit with several racing folks for their fondest Kentucky Derby memories. We'll meet:
someone who cashed big when a horse narrowly avoided a serious fall;
someone who tells you what it was like to be on the roof of the grandstand when Mine That Bird won the Derby at 50-1 odds;
someone who parlayed his Kentucky Derby winnings into, of all things, a new dog;
In this episode: Keith Feustle, who is on the Equibase team that produces the official charts, talks about what it's like to call the chart while 20 horses turn for home and 160,000 fans lose their minds.
During this exclusive segment, NFLExporter Lance Goodman discusses and breaks down the latest news and information about the Los Angeles Rams 2016 NFL Draft class & post draft plans, as they look ahead to begin preparations for the 2016 NFL Season in their return to Southern California. Topics include Jared Goff, Jeff Fisher, the Rams young offense, HBO Hard Knocks & a tough schedule to start the regular season.
Come check us out as we are back and playing the late slate tonight. Interesting slate on Draftkings. What contest will we play? What players will we like? And where will the common ground be? Sometimes I think that would be easier to write about baseball than to write about crossfit, but that will be a whole different blog (which probably I’ll keep in mind). But right now it is all about the second competition of the CrossFit Games, they were held in summer time of 2008, and they were at Dave parents’ ranch in Aroma, California.
This time they gathered around 300 athletes competing in four challenging workouts. Big difference from last year, they went from 100 fans to 800 spectators, and they were better prepared for this competition, in other words the ideas were coming together of what they wanted to achieve.
