With the release of the movie "Heaven Is For Real" many people are asking questions concerning this young man's journey. Are there others who have taken the trip without dying that we don't know about? The answer is there are and we are having one of them on the show this week
Bonnie W. Kaye was not able to be on the show today. We will have her back another time. So on today's show I discussed "Heaven Is For Real" and how it affected my thoughts. I also discussed the documentary "Fat, Sick and Almost Dead 2" #FSAD2 http://www.fatsickandnearlydead.com and http://www.rebootwithjoe.com. These websites are about the journey Joe Cross made to heal himself through juicing. I shared with you how you can juice without it breaking the bank. Take a look at Joe Cross' site to see testimonials of people who have taken the challenge, lost a lot of weight and cured themselves and/or got off medications.
We also went through a meditation exercise today to show you how easy it can be to relax your body and practice meditation in as little as 5 minutes.

Grammy Award Winner, Howard Hewett has been one of the most influential and consistent voices of the past three decades. Whether in a group setting, a guest vocalist or as a solo artist, Hewett's recognizable and virtually irresistible voice has wrapped itself around an array of musical moments; turning good songs into great records and great records into lifetime standards. Howard began his musical roots in Akron, Ohio at the age of 10. In 1976, he relocated to Los Angeles.
Howard later became the lead singer and third member of Shalamar with Jeffrey Daniels and Jody Watley. Shalamar graced the charts with hit after hit; such as, “A Night to Remember,” “For the Lover in You,” “Make that Move” and "Second Time Around."
Hewett departed for a solo career in 1985. He signed with Elektra, debuting his first single "I'm for Real." Hewett also co- wrote and produced his inspirational composition "Say Amen,” which remains one of his signature songs.
Howard also participated in major motion picture soundtracks; such as Foot Loose, The Five Heartbeats and Beverly Hills Cop; which he received a Grammy for “Don’t Get Stopped in Beverly Hills.”
He also cut duets with many legendary female recording artists who are no strangers to topping the charts; Dionne Warwick, Anita Baker, Stacy Latisaw, Roberta Flack, and Tina Marie.
He continues to hone his craft, as he is consistently writing, producing and performing; appearing on projects with the late George Duke, as well as Stanley Clarke, Brian Culbertson, Joe Sample, Gerald Albright, Kirk Whalum and many others.
This is Part 3 and the Conclusion of my fascinating interview with Emmett Spratkes and Victoria Newman, author and ghost writer of the book "SELFISH PRAYER". This final episode is very engaging and you will enjoy it all the way to the end!
