Leading by example is a great way of sharing your success and inspiring others. Your world is changed by your example. A great way to lead is to know what you stand for and what you practice in your life. Today Arthur will share ideas about getting in touch with what you stand for so you can lead better by example.
Energy overload can put us in an energy crisis. Ever look at your to do list and it feels so overwhelming that you do not know where to start and you want to go watch TV instead? Or go chat with a coworker? Anything to avoid starting because it all feels like too much.
How about an energy hang over? When you had such an energy exhilirating experience that the next day you feel depleted and a little sad.
I practice rolling with my energy I am experiencing at any given time or changing my energy.
Have you ever been working on a project and it got all tangled and frustrating? You walked away and when you got back to it, it was a whole lot smoother. That is an example of rolling with the energy.
If you had stayed at the project you may have got done what you wanted but it took longer. Walking away is an energy reset. When you got back to the project the energy was better.
Self care and awareness of when you need to give yourself some TLC is essential.

Will Black people turn out to defeat Trump? Why is he polling better than Mitt Romney among African American?American politics is all in shambles. It seems that Black people have turned on traditional allies in American politics. No one can say they speak for the masses anymore. This I predicted when Black America was won over by Obama in 2008, against the advice of established Black leaders. Will the same thing happen again in 2016?Tonight I am looking for opinions from the Black community on where their heart is in this Presidential race,or is their heart into this at all? Also racist attack that beautiful princess Malia Obama for just announcing that she is taking time off before going to Harvard. It is so clear the level of hatred that caused Trevon Martin's death and White America's indiffernce to Black pain. But this is America, and apparently this is what we want.Tonight a fire and brimestone sermon from the Kalagenesis in the Age of TRUMP.
Our dear friend Sis. Linda Kyser has been under the weather with her health the last couple of years. In going through the archives of our show, I found where she was one of our first guest speakers. Really, she is more like family then a guest speaker. At that time in our history we did not know very much about blog talk radio, and were totally confused on how to know when to speak when people were miles apart and speaking into a telephone. In truth we are probably not much better now then when we were in the beginning. Trying not to leave dead air space and not talking over each other is still hard to do. We hope that this show blesses you as much as it did us in going back to remember Sis. Kyser when she was still able to preach and teach. As always we open up the microphones for those of you that would like to make a comment at the end of the show.

Disability can be tough but so what! I want to see us the survivors of disabilities living the Bold new life in spite of having a disability or not! Wouldn’t it be cool if we could lay our title down at the door and just be cool no matter how badly disability has affected us?
Well I will say a bit of kindness and a whole lot of care about what we can do to help others and ourselves along the way can be a big part of the cure to that!
In my own opinion I have discovered through peer support and advocacy and love for people going through hard times I have grown into a better more understanding person who is in search each for much of the same things everybody else wants such as; a happy life, a good relationship, with Friends, Family, a great job or carrier, and to live the American Dream to name just a few!
Can I say seeming many people with disabilities? Well yes like grabbing a Bull by the horns and saying no more fear I am who I am and I am happy to be me!!! Tats what I mean.
1. Just getting by or ready to Fly
2. Its, my life my choices
3. Personnel Empowerment versus Empowerment
4. What being a Dream Catcher means to me versus what it means to you
5. it’s all about finding and realizing their dreams catching them
6. Open Mic, open chat room, and cool comment from survivors and caregivers
Guests include Jersey's own Daryl Brooks and also Linda Martín Alcoff is Professor of Philosophy at the City University of New York, author of The Future of Whiteness (Polity press, 2015), and past President of the American Philosophical AssociationFrom 2012 to 2013. Alcoff has called for greater inclusion of historically under represented groups in philosophy and notes that philosophers from these groups have created new fields of inquiry, including feminist philosophy, critical race theory, and LGBTQ philosophy. To help address these issues, with Paul Taylor and William Wilkerson, she started the Pluralist Guide to Philosophy.

Colorism is still alive and well in 2016. There is still the perception that lighter is better and white is right. From celebritiies who have underwent extensive plastic surgeries to alter their looks to the billion dollar skine whitening industry. In a time where it seems more and more black people are embracing their natural beauty, why does colorism prevail?
On tonight's show we discuss the notion that a woman is responsible for making a man better. Some believe that a man only becomes a man when he encounters the right women. Often, this is the woman that won't stand for the game-play of males that have not learned to be men.
What is a woman's role in the making of a man? Is a man's potential her responsibility to guide or to cultivate? Popular culture seems to place the onus on the woman to make men better. This is a common narrative on television and in film. A friend sent me a video clip that I will play on the show where a very well-meaning brother endorses this very idea. He says that "a woman should never marry a man that has it all together."
If the thought of that intrigues you as it did me, listen to my thoughts on that and more.
